The KWA Full Metal M1911 Mark II PTP Airsoft Gun is an astounding work of art. The frame and slide are constructed of metal which give the gun a very realistic look, feel, and sound when fired. Aiding in that amazing sound is the metal hammer and stiff hammer and slide springs. The barrel is cut straight and is kept in place with a barrel bushing for a classic 1911 look. There is no guide rod which allows the user to chamber check the gun easily. The sights have dots for faster target acquisition. The grip safety comes complete with a beaver tail to help control recoil and the traditional thumb safety is ambidextrous. The trigger has three holes bored out of it and the hammer is bored into an oval shape. KWA is well known for making some of the highest quality airsoft guns in the world, and this new 1911 definitely ranks up there with the best of them.

If you are a 1911 fan, you need to get this gun. Adding this to my collection was a great decision. Accuracy is great, weight and feel is really nice, blowback is very crisp and satisfying. I am not a fan of the grips, I switched them out for rubber ones, and the safety is only held in place by the tension of a very small spring, and is prone to fall out. If you happen to find it after it falls out, stretch out the spring and put lock tite on the pin of the safety. Other than those flaws it is an absolute tac driver. Also, out of all the Professional Training Pistols, I believe this is the only one that you can't power stroke. Takes a bit out of the training part, but still great for recreational play.

Grips aren't very good
All tho this will say that i haven't purchased it i got it for a late Christmas Present and ill say this is by far the most Bad&$% pistol have ever held..... all the other guys i play with took a real good look at my pistol....i felt very "Special"
and i did break mine......i dropped it on solid concrete from my leg holster from about 3 feet up it landed on its side and broke the Safety entirly...but the time that i had it i absolutely LOVED IT

this gun is very amazing hands down the gun is full metal accept the outer barrel. out of the bow this gun shoots so accurate that I was hitting a piece of printer paper from 100 ft away about 8/10 times. overall this sidearm is the best pistol you will ever own.

there is one bad thing I had and it was the gas refill on the mag and the mag wouldn't fill with gas for the first week and then I got about 200 shots off even with lubricating the mag and then the mag wouldn't work again so then I just threw it away
