The MadBull PWS Diablo RIS Unit for M4 is an amazingly realistic looking replica of the famous piston driven firing system from PWS. The Diablo Upper is Primary Weapons Systems answer to the 7 ...more__ AR-15/M-16 series upper. Rather than simply bolting on an existing product and calling it revolutionary, PWS stepped back and designed a system from the ground up to work specifically with the extreme pressures of the 7 barrels.
The Diablo upper utilizes a long stroke piston system for additional dwell time and smooth recoil. The system is rounded out with the new CQB comp from PWS - a comp designed for short barrels that compensates, suppresses flash and directs all the blast forward.
Update:
This product replicates: MIL-STD- Type III Hard Coat Anodize USSOCOM Flat Dark Earth.
Which, I believe Madbull did a great job replicating. Madbull extra effort pays off; in the long run.

Newly approved USSOCOM F.D.E Type 3 Anodizing.
Cons:
Must use Vltor upper receiver.
Won't work with standard flattop receiver. Looks odd.
Have to mod Magpul XTM covers to fit.
Would not recommend to novice builders.

what kind of outer barrel will fit in this rail to replace rail of a G&G CM16 shorty?
i'm trying to replace a broken outer barrel of a G&G CM16 shorty. will this fit on this particular M4 rifle?

This particular rail system looks to have the outer barrel included. If it does not, it takes standard M4 AEG Barrels. This rail should work with the G&G CM16. 2351 days ago 0
