The KWA Full Metal M1911 Mark II PTP Desert Airsoft Gun is an astounding work of art. The frame and slide are constructed of metal which give the gun a very realistic look, feel, and sound when fired. Aiding in that amazing sound is the metal hammer and stiff hammer and slide springs. The barrel is cut straight and is kept in place with a barrel bushing for a classic 1911 look. There is no guide rod which allows the user to chamber check the gun easily. The sights have dots for faster target acquisition. The grip safety comes complete with a beaver tail to help control recoil and the traditional thumb safety is ambidextrous. The trigger has three holes bored out of it and the hammer is bored into an oval shape. KWA is well known for making some of the highest quality airsoft guns in the world, and this new 1911 definitely ranks up there with the best of them.

I got This about 3 months ago and the first thing I noticed was the weight. It was slightly heavy but only in a good way. It feel like a real gun and is amazing. The blowback and fell and basically everything is amazing.

i got this gun expecting to build a tan loadout but i won a black vest in the summer giveaway! anyway, this gun is probably the closest to shooting a real pistol as you can get! its slide is heavy making it awesome! mine keeps ;losing the firing pin which is the only flaw i have about this gun, but overall this is a sweet gun and i highly recommend kwa!

I didn't want to get a another basic 1911 is a stright black. Luckily GI had this on a sale so I just had to pick it up. Definately worth every penny. SOOOOO much more efficient than normal TM spec 1911s.
