By shopping with Airsoft GI you have agreed to the following policies and procedures, whether explicit or implied:

PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE |
- Airsoft GI will price match up to 15 days from the date of purchase any competitor's advertised price for the exact same item
- Pricing matching will be honored at any one of our online and retail stores. Customer is responsible for providing valid proof of any competitor’s advertised price
- The item must be currently in-stock at competitor’s retail or online store at the time the request for price match is made
- Product description and accessories included must be exactly the same
- Refunds or credits on price matching will be processed only to the customer account and payment method used to purchase items. No exceptions
- Offer excludes MAP items
- Airsoft GI will not price match coupon or discount codes, “clearance” prices, “going out of business” sales, hourly or daily specials, competitor services, or products sold by third-party sellers, international websites (such as redwolfairsoft.com, ehobbyasia.com)
- No price match on misprints or typographical pricing errors to any advertisements
- Airsoft GI reserves the right to verify the price of the identical, in-stock item at any competitor’s retail or online store (i.e. size, model, brand, color, size, quantity and accessories)

TERMS OF USE |
- By placing an order you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and are the owner of the credit card or PayPal account used to purchase items on this website. You also acknowledge that you agree with and understand Airsoft GI's terms and conditions
- All airsoft guns are required, by law, to have an orange tip flash hider or the tip (1/4 inch) of the barrel permanently colored in orange. Removal of the orange tip flash hider will void any warranty
- Any person who changes, alters, removes any coloration or markings in anyway that makes the airsoft gun (replica firearm) a resemblance of an actual firearm is in violation of state or federal laws
- Do not display or expose any airsoft gun (replica firearm) in a public place. The term "public place" refers to an area open to the public or exposed to public view regardless of property ownership
- Customers are responsible for knowing all local and state regulations regarding the use and/or ownership of airsoft guns or any products sold on Airsoft GI's website
- All unauthorized trademarks must be permanently removed from any item(s) sold by Airsoft GI
- Airsoft GI products are intended for use with airsoft guns only. Use of products for any other purpose is not recommended by Airsoft GI
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

PAYMENT METHOD |
- Airsoft GI accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), PayPal and Amazon Pay as payment. All orders are billed upon completion of the online checkout
- International orders will be processed through iGlobal checkout. Customer has the option to prepay all duties and taxes through iGlobal checkout
- All orders paid for with PayPal will be held from processing until the eCheck payment has cleared
- PayPal accounts must be verified or payments will not be accepted. Please contact PayPal to get your account verified
- Personal checks, money orders or cash will not be accepted as payment for any online order or service
- We do not accept will call or mail-in orders
- The customer is responsible for all applicable city, state and federal taxes
- California residents are required to pay a sales tax of 9.5%. Virginia residents are required to pay a sales tax of 5.3%. Texas residents are required to pay a sales tax of 8.25%. Tax rates are subject to change at anytime.
- No rain checks or price matching on any discounts or promotions once they have ended
- Discount codes or voucher credit codes MUST be applied during the online checkout process
- Coupon codes are not stackable. Only one coupon code may be used per order

- Before calling to place your order, please note the names and product ID numbers of the items you wish to purchase. If you require assistance as far as product recommendations or parts compatibility, you can speak to a Sales Representative by selecting option #3 when calling
- All phone orders are payable by credit card only. Please have your card available and ready to provide the card type, number, expiration date, cardholder name and billing address when calling
- A valid contact phone number and email address is required when placing any phone orders
- Customers will be notified by email regarding order status updates, stock discrepancies or problems with order processing

SHIPPING POLICY |
- We request between 1 to 4 business days to process and ship out orders
- Airsoft GI will accept and ship orders within the United States, Canada and most other countries (Restrictions and conditions apply. Please refer to our Global Shipping policy)
- Airsoft GI will not ship orders to third party freight forwarding addresses
- Most orders are shipped via UPS
- We may request up to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) to process and ship orders following a holiday or due to an influx of orders received
- Customer is responsible for contacting Airsoft GI by phone to provide verbal confirmation on orders with expedited shipping (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air & Next Day Air), high dollar amounts, mismatched billing and/or shipping information (incomplete ship-to address, name and address mismatch, cardholder mismatch). Customers will be notified by email if confirmation is required
- Airsoft GI does not process or ship orders on weekends and holidays. Customers are responsible for knowing UPS and USPS schedules regarding delivery on weekends and holidays
- Customers will be notified by email regarding any out of stock items during the processing stage
- Orders containing only small items such as internal upgrade parts or patches can be shipped USPS. Item description page will indicate if an item is USPS shippable
- USPS is available as an alternate shipping method for orders to Alaska and Hawaii
- Customer is responsible for shipping cost to resend any undeliverable orders returned by UPS due to invalid, incorrect or incomplete shipping information. To receive instant alerts and updates to your phone or email about your package in transit, we recommend creating a UPS My Choice account
- Orders with custom built airsoft guns require an additional processing time of 1 to 5 business days
- Upgrades or tune up/repair service orders require an additional processing time of 10 to 15 business days
- Airsoft GI will provide complimentary UPS Ground shipping on any restocked backorder items
- Signature is required upon delivery for orders shipping to Maine (ME)
- Signature is required upon delivery for orders over $500 shipping to Colorado (CO), Florida (FL), North Carolina (NC), Nevada (NV), West Virginia (WV)
- In the event an order cannot be shipped, Airsoft GI representatives will attempt to reach you via the contact information provided. If we are unable to reach you after a period 90-days, the order will be canceled. The balance will be provided to you as Store Credit. For full members with Airsoft GI, the Store Credit will appear as a balance on your account. For those using Guest Checkout, a voucher will be emailed to you.

GLOBAL SHIPPING POLICY |
- Airsoft GI will accept international orders from most countries. Customs restrictions and conditions will dictate whether shipping is permissible to a certain country. The chart below highlights just a few examples. We recommend that all international customers contact their local Law Enforcement or Customs Agency to get information about any laws, restrictions and fees for airsoft products before placing an order
- All prices stated are in US dollars (USD)
- Due to strict requirements and laws, or lack of information, we are not shipping to the following countries: Republic of Korea, Russia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates
- International orders are processed through iGlobal checkout services. Use of iGlobal services provides customers outside the United States with a customized shopping experience that allows you to see and pay in your currency, choose from multiple shipping options and prepay duty and taxes
- Customer is responsible for knowing and understanding all local and government regulations regarding importation, ownership and safe use of products sold by Airsoft GI and its websites
- Customer is responsible for all taxes and tariffs such as duty or brokerage fees on products sold by Airsoft GI and its websites
- Airsoft GI is not responsible for any packages that are abandoned, seized, or denied entry by any Customs Agent/Agency
- Customer is responsible for all transportation fees and charges on any packages returned to sender. Fees and charges will be deducted from refunds processed upon arrival of package
- No refunds or credits will be issued on abandoned packages. Abandoned means that your package was discarded because either the merchant/purchaser and/or Customs Agent/Agency denied entry or refused acceptance of package
- We request up to 5 business days to process and ship all international orders
- Shipping promotions and discounts are not applicable on any international order
- All sales are final. No warranties, returns or exchanges
- All orders will be shipped UPS Standard International
- Some small items such as AEG upgrade parts or patches can be shipped USPS 1st class mail. Item description page will list any items that are "USPS shippable"
- Delivery dates are not guaranteed due to required importation and customs inspections
- Airsoft GI reserves the right to refuse or charge additional shipping, taxes and brokerage fees resulting from an unauthorized return. An unauthorized return is any package returned without authorization from Airsoft GI
- Airsoft GI will correspond with all international customers via email regarding any questions, problems or issues with an existing order

CANCELLATION POLICY |
- Airsoft GI will only accept changes to orders in Pending status, no exceptions. To request or make changes, please contact us by phone during business hours (9am to 5:00pm PST, Monday to Friday). Please reference your 6 digit order ID# when calling.
- Requests to cancel made during order package processing are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Requests to cancel any undeliverable order returned by UPS are subject to a 15% restock fee and return shipping costs.
- Orders containing request for upgrade, tune-up or repair services cannot be canceled once the Tech Department has begun work to the airsoft gun.

RETURN POLICY |
At Airsoft GI we are committed to providing exceptional service and top notch support to our customers. We understand that not every purchase made from our website and retail stores will be a perfect fit for every customer. Therefore, if you are not happy with a product that you purchased at any one of our stores, you will have 45 days from the date of receipt to request a return for refund, store credit or exchange (exclusions apply, see below).
All merchandise being returned MUST be in resellable condition. Therefore, item(s) being returned must be in brand new and unused condition. Meaning item has no signs of use or attempted use, modifications or signs of attempted modification (i.e. removal or modification of orange tip flash hider, installation of internal and external parts), and items are returned with all included accessories, merchandise tags, factory stickers and logos still attached, and factory packaging is fully in tact. Any merchandise that is reported and/or determined to not be in this condition will not be granted return authorization.
Before shipping back any items for return, you must first receive return authorization. A return request can be initiated from the “Initiate RMA” link on the Customer Information page when signed into your customer account or verbally by contacting our Customer Service Department at (909) 869-0671 during business hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm (PST), Monday to Friday. Customers will receive an email from the RMA Department authorizing you to return items. An RMA number will be provided along with return instructions that need to be carefully followed. Please DO NOT send any returns back without prior return authorization or an RMA number from Airsoft GI. Any packages received without return authorization or an RMA number will be refused upon arrival and returned to sender.
Restocking fee: Items are in brand new condition and within warranty period – 15% restocking fee
Airsoft GI will authorize returns for refund, store credit or exchange under the agreement from customer that all items being returned are in brand new and unused condition. All items received will undergo a routine inspection by the RMA Department to ensure items are in brand new and unused condition as required by Airsoft GI and agreed upon by customer. Airsoft GI maintains full discretion in determining condition of merchandise; if it is in brand new and unused condition, and therefore, is restockable and resellable. Any merchandise determined to not be in this condition will be subject to the following open box fees:
- 20% open box fee. On returns where items are in brand new and unused condition with no signs of attempted use or modification; but retail packaging is received in unsatisfactory condition that would not make the item restockable. Meaning manufacturer sealed packaging or tabs have been disabled or removed and/or packaging has signs of damage such as warping, water damage, is ripped, torn, has holes, or has shipping labels attached directly onto retail packaging.
- 30% open box fee. On returns where items have signs of use or attempted use, modification or signs of attempted modification (i.e. removal of orange tip flash hider, installation of internal and external parts), accessory items included in packaging are not present or have been used, merchandise tags, factory logos and stickers have been removed, retail packaging is in unsatisfactory condition.
Terms & Exclusions:
- No returns on any Gift System items, Mystery Boxes, Blitz, Shockers, Wholesale or Blowout purchases.
- Airsoft GI maintains full discretion in determining condition of merchandise.
- Open box fees will be automatically applied upon receipt and inspection of items by the RMA Department.
- Removal or any attempts to of orange tip flash hiders on airsoft guns that is required by Federal Law will not be accepted for return; furthermore, voids any and all warranties offered by Airsoft GI, the manufacturer or distributor.
- Airsoft GI reserves the right to refuse and/or deny any return for refund, store credit or exchange for any item that is determined to be used, damaged, altered, modified, or is in any condition that would deem the item to be not restockable or resellable.
This return policy applies only to "BRAND NEW" and un-used items. If you are experiencing any problems or issues (DOA, failure, damage) with an item you received, it will be covered under our warranty policy. All merchandise, unless otherwise stated, that are sold on our website or any of our retail stores will be covered under Airsoft GI’s 45-day warranty. Please refer to the warranty policy for more details.
We understand that making return shipping arrangements can be rather burdensome. For your convenience, a return shipping label can be purchased to ship items back to Airsoft GI. The return shipping label is electronic and would be sent by email from UPS. Simply print out the shipping label, tape it to the exterior of the shipping box and drop it off at any UPS store or affiliate mail center. Request must be made by phone and are available at the following rates:
- $15.00 for 1-7 lbs.
- $20.00 for 8-15 lbs.
- $25.00 for 16+ lbs.

WARRANTY POLICY |
The following warranty policy applies to all in-store and online purchases made through Airsoft GI and GI Tactical. Please note: Due to various customs brokerage fees and taxes that are beyond our control, warranties are not available on any products purchased, sold, distributed or transported outside of the United States.
As a company AirsoftGI.com knows how frustrating it can be when you run into some issues with a product that you have just received. It is our goal to make
sure that we take care of any issues as promptly and efficiently as possible. In order to do that we will need some help from you, our valued customer. If
you are experiencing problems with a product that you purchased from AirsoftGI.com please refer to the following informational link for troubleshooting and
basic use guides (Airsoft 101 Guide). You may also contact our Customer Service
Department during our regular business hours (9:00am - 5:00 pm PST, Monday - Friday) to help troubleshoot your issues. Please have as much information
possible for the Customer Service Rep to help expedite your call. Many cases are easily resolved over the phone with basic troubleshooting assistance by
our staff. If the issue(s) cannot be resolved over the phone and the product needs to be returned for warranty service, a Customer Service Rep can assist
you by initiating the warranty over the phone or you can initiate the RMA on your accounts page by clicking Returns under Orders to Initiate your RMA.
Warranty claims must be submitted within our warranty period*.Please DO NOT send any returns back without prior authorization from the RMA Department and the proper documentation. All warranty claims "must" be returned through our RMA process. The process, rules and exclusions will be listed below.
* Warranty period will begin from the date products are received.
(Any problems resulting from failure will be covered under our warranty policy.)
All merchandise purchased from AirsoftGI which will be covered under the AirsoftGI.com warranty policy for 45 days. If the manufacturer has a warranty that
extends past 45 days we urge you to initiate a claim with the manufacturer in order to expedite your RMA processing. If needed, Airsoft GI can assist you
with initiating a claim with the manufacturer.
At our discretion, AirsoftGI.com reserves the right to determine which cases are fit to be authorized for warranty processing. The warranty is put in place
to cover manufacturer "defects", not user error.
Please do your best to provide as much information as possible when initiating your warranty claim. We are happy to help our customers with a product
failure. However, if false information is used to obtain RMA authorization, then your case will be denied upon inspection once the product is received.
More information may be found in our warranty exclusions section below.
All serviceable item(s) will be serviced under our warranty policy. AirsoftGI retains the right to service said item(s) with functionally equivalent,
reconditioned/refurbished or new products, accessories and parts. Please keep in mind that a majority of the products we sell are serviceable. For example,
all Airsoft guns returned for RMA service do receive a full inspection of external and internal parts similar to our upgrade/repair service. Upgraded parts
may be purchased and installed during the RMA process given the labor has already been covered by our warranty policy.
In the rare case that an item is determined to be un-serviceable, Airsoft GI reserves the sole right to replace the item with a brand new replacement. If a
replacement item(s) is not available a store credit will be offered.
AirsoftGI will cover the return shipping to the customer on any merchandise that has been serviced or replaced under the warranty policy. However, shipping
cost for a warranty item from the customer/user to AirsoftGI.com is not covered. All cost with regard to packaging and actual shipping
cost is the responsibility of the customer. We here at AirsoftGI understand that return shipping costs can be a rather large burden. That is why we offer a
Discounted Return Label Program to assist customers with return shipping costs.
Discounted Return Label Program (DRLP)
Once you have RMA authorization and would like to use the DRLP, follow these simple steps:
- Call the Customer Service Department during regular business hours (9:00am- 5:00 pm PST, Monday - Friday)
- Inform the Customer Service Rep of the item being returned and they will provide you with the price of the discounted shipping label as stated below:
- $15.00 for 1-7 lbs.
- $20.00 for 8-15 lbs.
- $25.00 for 16+ lbs.
- The Customer Service Rep will obtain your billing information so you can be charged for the cost of the return label needed for your item.
- The return shipping label will be sent to you electronically by email. Please make sure that all your information is correct.
Second time back guarantee:
Any product covered under the AirsoftGI warranty will receive an additional warranty extension of 30 days. On the rare occasion that any product previously
repaired under our warranty policy fails as a result of our repair service, AirsoftGI will cover all associated shipping costs as well as parts and labor
cost to repair your merchandise.
In this event, please re-initiate a warranty claim through our RMA process.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Use of improper sub standard BBs
It is very important to use the proper BBs in your airsoft guns. Substandard BBs will cause premature failure of an airsoft gun and its
internals. BBs should always be purchased from an airsoft only hobby shop. In general, BBs purchased from large department stores, super stores, or any
sporting goods stores are considered substandard. Stay away from these mainstream retailers as they do not possess the knowledge and experience to
recommend and supply reliable BBs for your airsoft gun.
DO NOT USE .12g BBS!!!
The use of 0.12 gram BBs will Damage your Airsoft Gun and Void your Warranty.
Substandard BBs can be visually inspected by observing the molding or casting seams; often times you will see the shape of the BBs are not round but oval
in shape. These imperfections will cause BB jams which will eventually result in a failure. The use of improper and/or substandard BBs will void not only
our warranty policy, but any manufacturer warranty as well.
Improper use/abuse/neglect
Product failures that result in the improper use, abuse, or neglect on the users/customers part will void the warranty on a product. Damages as a result of
improper storage, product being dropped from any distance, improper use, exposure to liquids, and exposure to extreme weather conditions are considered
improper use and will void any and all warranty(s) by AirsoftGI and the product manufacturers. The use of high voltage batteries (greater then 9.6 volts)
will result complications to your warranty*.
* Warranty claims as a result to use of high voltage batteries will be handled on a case by case basis.
Unauthorized/Illegal modifications:
Product failures as a result of any attempted alteration to the airsoft gun will not be covered under the AirsoftGI warranty policy.
Upgrades and modifications, either internal or external resulting in a failure will not be covered. Attempts to remove the blaze orange tip as required by
law will void any and all warranties offered by AirsoftGI and its manufacturers. AirsoftGI.com will "only' warranty products and services performed by
AirsoftGI or the manufacturer / distributor of said merchandise. If a warranty product has been disassembled by anyone other then an authorized AirsoftGI
employee or Manufacturer; said product will not be covered.
Spring Guns and Snipers:
Any spring gun whether it be a pistol, shotgun or sniper rifle will be covered under a 45 day warranty policy. If you experience a failure that was not
caused by improper use or neglect Airsoft GI will cover the airsoft gun under our warranty policy.
Tactical Gear:
AirsoftGI works closely with our distributors for tactical gear. If a failure or defect in quality or workmanship occurs within our 45 day return policy,
the item will be replaced. Failures as a result of wear and tear will not be covered.
External and internal upgrade parts:
Due to the nature of said parts we can only offer a warranty on items with obvious signs of defect. Warranty for said parts cannot show any signs that they
have been installed or used in any way. These parts must be defective out of the package. Improper use or installation of external and internal upgrade
parts are 99% of the time the cause of failures of these items. Therefore warranty for external and internal upgrade parts will be contingent upon final
inspection and confirmation of the parts once they are received.
Battery and chargers:
All damaged or failed Ni-Cd, Ni-Mh batteries are covered for 45 days to be free of defect.
Failures to Li-po or any lithium batteries will be handled on a case by case basis. Common failures to these types of batteries are due to improper use or
charging. All chargers will be covered under a 45 day warranty to be free of defect. If it does not charge we will replace it.
Bone Yard:
Any products purchased from our bone yard section are as is with no warranty expressed or implied. Shipping damage, displays, prototypes, un-repairable,
un-stock able, QC failed, factory defects, and otherwise un-sellable products will contribute to the bone yard. For these reason AirsoftGI will not be able
to take a return or warranty for said product. All bone yard items are considered broken and do not work.
Manufacturer Warranty:
In general AirsoftGI will be able to handle most warranty claims in house. However, due to our distribution agreements we must let them handle their
warranty claims. You will be notified at the time of RMA processing if your particular product will fall under this case. As a company we will be able to
assist you in any ways we can on your warranty claim.
Warranty Limitations and Terms:
Warranties offered by AirsoftGI.com and its Manufacturers/Distributors whether expressed or implied are stated above in the warranty policy. Any additional
warranty or service agreements will need to be noted on the customer order comments.

The above stated return/warranty policy is effective starting June 19th 2012. All purchases made on or after May 5th 2012 will be covered under the new return/warranty policy.

ONLINE REWARDS POINTS POLICY |
GI Online Reward Points Program Policy:
Earn 2% back on your online purchases with airsoftgi.com online reward points.
You can spend your reward points at any time after its been awarded to you (normally 60 days after initial online purchase).
About GI Online Reward Points:
Get 2% credit back each time you shop online at airsoftgi.com.
Receive reward points for your online purchases! Get 2% back in store credit for every dollar you spend online! All valid online orders accumulate 2% of your order "sub-total" automatically (excludes shipping and tax) after 60 days from your original purchase date (to deduct any applicable refunds). Rewards points will automatically be stored in your account as a voucher balance for later use. You will not see the points in your account unless you have accumulated at least $250 in total online purchases in the past 60 days.
It's FREE! There is no need to sign up but you do need to have an active account with us.
The program is automatic and hassle-free.
How GI Online Reward Points works:
You earn GI Reward Points on all eligible online purchases you make from January 1, 2020 to the present and all future purchases made with an active permanent account. The GI Reward Points stay in your account until you redeem it as a voucher balance to use for future purchases. The GI Reward Points are automatically put into your account 60 days after your purchase. You have one year to spend your GI Reward Point's redeemed voucher balance. Once you have GI Reward Points in your account you may use them to redeem voucher balance in $5 increments.
For example, if you purchased $250 in eligible products between January 1, 2020 and now, you will earn 250 points or $5 in voucher balance to spend on future purchases.
You will need to login to your account to check how many points you have earned so far and redeem them as voucher balance when you're ready to make additional purchases.
Additional details on GI Online Reward Points:
GI Online Reward Points is currently only for online orders placed via our website airsoftgi.com and shipped to you via an active permanent account. You can not redeem GI Reward Points for cash. You won't earn and can't apply GI Reward Points to free items, past online purchases older than January 1st 2020, non-shipped, undeliverable, canceled or returned items. You won't earn, although you can use GI Reward Points, on sales tax and shipping charges. After you have redeemed your points for the chosen voucher balance amount, the voucher balance amount will credit against your outstanding balance. For example, if you used a $20 voucher for a $10 total purchase, the remaining voucher balance of $10 will be stored in your account for later use.
GI Reward Points will be credited to the account you use to make eligible online purchases. You can not combine GI Reward Points accrued in multiple accounts. Only one voucher balance may be used during checkout.
Guest Checkout do NOT qualify for GI Online Reward Points because there is no way to award the points without an active account with us, thus the rewards points are forfeited.

GIFT CERTIFICATE AND GIFT CARD POLICY |
Gift Certificate Vouchers Policy:
Gift voucher are NOT immediately available for use after ordering from our website, we will need to approve the gift voucher purchase before you are able to use it to send by email or use for yourself. (Approvals are normally done in the mornings and evenings during business hours unless you call us at 1 (909) 869 0671 to expedite the approval)
Please note: We are not responsible if you send your gift voucher code to the wrong email address, once you send it, it will be removed form your voucher balance. The gift voucher system is completely automated and we cannot undo any mistakes you make during the sending of Gift Certificate Vouchers to someone else.
Gift Certificate Vouchers cannot be converted back in to cash once its been approved and added to your voucher balance.
Purchasing Gift Certificate Vouchers:
Gift Certificate Vouchers are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for them using the stores standard payment method(s). Once purchased the value of the Gift Voucher will be added to your own personal Gift Voucher Account. If you have funds in your Gift Voucher Account, you will notice that the amount now shows in the Shopping Cart box, and also provides a link to a page where you can send the Gift Voucher to someone via email.
How to Send Gift Certificate Vouchers:
To send a Gift Voucher you need to go to our Send Gift Voucher Page. You can find the link to this page in the Shopping Cart Box in the top left hand column of each page. When you send a Gift Voucher, you need to specify the following: The name of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher to. The email address of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher to. The amount you want to send. (Note that you don't have to send the full amount that is in your Gift Voucher Account.) A short message which will appear in the email. Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly, although you will be given the opportunity to change this as much as you want before the email is actually sent.
Buying with Gift Certificate Vouchers:
If you have funds in your Gift Voucher Account, you can use those funds to purchase other items in our store. At the checkout stage, an extra box will appear. Ticking this box will apply those funds in your Gift Voucher Account. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Gift Voucher Account to cover the cost of your purchase. If you have more funds in your Gift Voucher Account than the total cost of your purchase the balance will be left in you Gift Voucher Account for future purchases.
Redeeming Gift Certificate Vouchers:
If you receive a Gift Voucher by email it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Voucher, along with possibly a short message from them. The Email will also contain a link to redeem the voucher. You will need to Login or Create an Account before you can redeem the Gift Voucher. There are various ways you can redeem the voucher:
1. By clicking on the link contained within the email for this express purpose. This will take you to the store's Redeem Voucher page. You will the be requested to create an account or Login, before the Gift Voucher is validated and placed in your Gift Voucher Account ready for you to spend it on whatever you want.
2. During the checkout process, on the same page that you select a payment method there will be a tick / check box on top of the coupon field, click that check box and click the continue button to redeem your Gift Voucher balance against that purchase.

Purchasing Gift Cards:
Gift Cards are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for them using the stores standard payment method(s). Once purchased, a physical card will be shipped to your doorstep. This card will feature a redemption code that will add the corresponding amount to the recipient's Airsoft GI account for use in future purchases. Gift Cards will take up to 24 business hours to process.
Redeeming Gift Cards:
If you receive a Gift Card, you will need to Login or Create an Account before you can redeem the Gift Card. Visit: www.airsoftgi.com/giftcard and enter your 16 digit Gift Card Redeem Code located on the backside of your Airsoft GI Gift Card. Doing this will add the card's entire amount to your account. During the checkout process, on the payment method page there will be a check box top of the coupon field, click that check box and click the continue button to redeem your Gift Card balance on that purchase. Alternatively, you can use the redemption code during the checkout process. Using the Airsoft GI Gift Card in this manner will apply the entire card to your order. Any amount in the leftover balance will be then added to your account for future purchases.
Using Gift Card Online:

CANADIAN AIRSOFT POLICIES
- We request 1 to 4 business days to process and ship most orders.
- Most orders will be shipped UPS Standard International. Please note: Delivery dates are not guaranteed due to required inspections by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).
- All prices stated are in US dollars (USD).
- Customer is responsible for all local taxes and tariffs such as duty or brokerage fees which are assessed by the CBSA.
- According to UPS, brokerage fees are based on the value the merchandise and are as follows:
"Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of
goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer's behalf.
Your order will be shipped under UPS's e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD$ 200 shipped
via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$ 10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD$200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for
commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees. Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You
have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery."
- All airsoft guns being shipped to Canada must meet CBSA muzzle velocity requirements of 366 to 500 FPS w/ .20g BB's.
- Canada Upgrade Package is available for most airsoft guns that do not meet FPS requirements. Be advised, requires additional processing time and cost.
- Airsoft GI reserves the right to refuse or charge additional shipping and brokerage fees on any unauthorized return. An unauthorized return is any package returned with out the proper return authorization from the RMA Department. - All sales are final. No warranties, returns or exchanges. International returns are cost prohibitive.
- Canada orders do not qualify for Free Shipping Promo.
- Some small items such as AEG upgrade parts or patches are eligible for USPS shipping. Such orders would be shipped USPS 1st Class Mail.
- Airsoft GI will require verbal confirmation from the cardholder to verify any mismatched addresses (billing differs from shipping) or cardholder mismatches (cardholder differs from recipient) before shipment. GIFT GIVEAWAY PROMOTION POLICY |
- Gift Giveaway Promotion is only valid for online orders
- Only specific items purchased will be eligible to receive a free gift. Item description page will indicate if an item(s) being purchased qualifies for the free gift promotion
- Free gift items must be selected from the Shopping Cart page prior to completing the online checkout or they will be forfeited
- If you experience any problems (DOA, failure, damage) with a free gift item you received, it will be covered under our 45-day warranty policy. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for more details
- Returns for a refund, store credit or exchange are not eligible on any free gift items, no exceptions
- Unused tokens will be forfeited and will not be available for use towards a future purchase
- Token points do not have any cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit
- If you are requesting to return any qualifying item for a refund, any free gift items that were awarded must also be returned. All authorized returns for refund, store credit or exchange must be in brand new and unused condition.
