I ordered this gun as a Christmas gift for myself and I am very happy with it! It feels very sturdy and I have not noticed any loose/wiggling parts on the gun or the stock. Shoots VERY accurately, one thing worth mentioning is if you purchase this gun on most other websites, it will be about 50 FPS lower, as AirsoftGI carries the High Muzzle Velocity version. Lastly, I can admit this is my first time investing in an AEG over $100. So while I might not have that much experience with quality airsoft guns, it is still very obvious that the quality beats anything under or up to the same price!
Pros:
-Very solid polymer body, not extremely heavy but definitely not light
-Gearbox does not sound whiny like I've experienced with cheaper guns
-Red dot sight is very easy to sight in, and has very dim settings for dark situations/very bright for outdoors
-Very accurate and bb does not drop at all in my 100ft backyard setting, can definitely reach a lot further; almost like bbs reach target in split second
Cons:
-Charging handle is non-functional, does not open hop up chamber
-Non blowback
-Does not come with iron sights (Might not be a con for most people, I am a fan of iron sights)
Bought this gun on Amazon, but I haven't been disappointed. Although hesitant to try another polymer gun after the crane stock randomly snapped in half last time around, this gun's build quality excels my expectations.
Pros:
·The polymer 10 in. RIS keeps this gun light; fatique is minimal in comparison to other like-sized guns in its class.
·The gun shoots accurately on both .20s and .25s, and still accurate when using canted ironsights/canted red dot (moreso on .20s than .25s).
·AR modularity (currently installing a 6.03 mm barrel and a mock suppressor
·The polymer reciever can take a fair amount of punishment.
·I love the battery compartment design; crane stock batteries have come a long way in 5 years.
Cons:
·The mag well prefers cmag-style mags, and it will accept KWA 120rd mags flawlessly.
·RIS polymer is quality, but you can't beat a good metal RIS(RIP old M4).
Combat Machine R8-L AEG Airsoft Gun ( Battery and Charger Package / Tan )
Pros:
Very Durable, accurate, great internals, great fps, solid build, high quality, simplistic and light weight, sturdy grip, stock, trigger guard, great price
Cons:
outer barrel could use some reinforcing, RIS is polymer so it scrapes easy, battery isnt super easy to get to
