The CYMA M16A2 Spring Powered Rifle Airsoft Gun is constructed from plastic that keeps the weight down but is not as durable as its high end metal counter part. The CYMA M16-A2 is operated by pulling the charging handle which cocks the spring for a single shot. The spring system used in this gun allows it to be very affordable, however it is not skirmishable. The CYMA M16-A2 has realistic features such as the full stock, carry handle, pistol grip, triangle sight, and magazine release. Despite the realistic features, the CYMA M16-A2 leaves much to be desired in the authenticity department.
This gun is a low powered spring airsoft gun that is extremely affordable and non-upgradeable. Please keep in mind, this gun is not skirmish ready and will be easily out performed by most quality airsoft guns. This gun is non serviceable and does not come with a warranty of any kind. This gun makes a great display piece but do not belong on the field.
As previously stated, this gun is not field ready due to its low performance. Although due to its realistic look and features, this gun is a great choice for use in film productions or as a great display piece. Please do not expect to be able to compete with high quality airsoft guns while using this low cost airsoft gun. This gun is not serviceable and does not come with a warranty of any kind.

I bought this gun and overall it's terrible for it's price it should be 5$ it broke when my friend droped it from 1 foot when he went crouched and it broke in half pretty much..

The rifle is for the most part plastic, except for the outer and inner barrel. When I ordered this gun, I bought it with the intent to modify it, so my review will be based on that. While the site says that the gun cannot be modded, it in fact can be if you know what your doing. You can swap out the spring for a new one (don't go above and m115) to get a fps somewhere around 400. However if you do up the fps, I would consider getting a replacement charging handle, as the plastic one will most likely not take the power forever. The mags are pretty decent, however don't use them as high caps as they never actually work in that way. However it is nice to be able to look at the front of your mag and be able to see how many rounds you have left. The hopup is fixed, however it is pretty decent and the gun itself shoots pretty straight. Overall I would say that this is a pretty solid $20 gun if your intention is to mod it. If not, it's still ok for backyard games or as a meme gun.
Also two more things, the gun is made by UKarms and will ship with a UKarms tag on the gun. Also the outer barrel is to short to secure a bayonet all the way
