Tru-Spec Combat Shirt (OD Green/L/Regular)
[Z04D09][08036 / 2553005]The Tru-Spec Combat Shirt is the perfect blend of a high durability BDU and the comfort of a base layer. The Tru-Spec Combat Shirt features BDU style sleeves that include the same features that you would find on a standard BDU such as zippered pockets with Velcro, reinforced elbows, and adjustable cuff closure. The body of the Tru-Spec Combat shirt consists of a nylon/cotton blend base layer, which unlike a regular BDU, is very breathable, light and is able to wick away moisture almost 3 times faster then cotton. The Tru-Spec Combat Shirt is perfect for a Spec-ops style load out or for anybody that likes the look of a standard BDU but also needs the comfort and mobility of a base layer.

One of the finer multipurpose BDUs I own. The chest liner does indeed allow far better standard ventilation without sacrificing camoflauge. Sleeve material can take a beating running through the woods getting scratched by branches or enemy fire.
Pros:
High grade material and construction throughout
Handy arm pockets
BREATHES!
Cons:
Size range is alittle limited (may require altering for better fit
My friend bought this shirt, he usually wears a small. This shirt was slightly too large. (he's around 5' 8" and 145 pounds).
I'm usually a medium and the shirt fit me fine (6' 1" and 175 pounds).
Now that I got that out of the way, this shirt is absolutely FANTASTIC!
The cotton torso is very light and breathable, the arms are very durable and strong.
The sewn-in elbow pads are very flexible and thick.
The upper arm pocket are made very well and in a good spot to where you can grab whatever you got in there. About big enough for 3 packs of cigarets or a small box of chocolates or whatever unhealthy stuff you for some reason feel the need to carry with you into the field!
Pros:
-Breathable, unlike a BDU top.
-Arms are very durable.
-Elbow pads in it are great
-Big pockets
Cons:
-Sizes run big. Unless your big like Arnold Schwarzenegger (both Arnolds, 1980's buff Terminator and 2010s fat governor) , you should get 1 size smaller than what you think you need.
