• Support the USMC Field Kitchen Excercise.

Photo release-We occasionally uses photos of our show Contestants in promotional material. By attending, you agree to allow us the use of your likeness, name, voice, photograph, signature, logo or trademark in such material. You also agree to hold Best of USA Marketing, United Sates Army, and all event sponsors and participants harmless on any loss, damaged, or stolen goods while attending The Fall Offensive as an auxillary unit in support of the Marines Force Recon Field Kitchen exercise.
Indemnification-Participant assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify and defend Best of USA Marketing, United States Army, United States Marine Corps, event sponsors, event VIP, fellow tournament contestants, event venue management and ownership, and their respective employees and agents against any claims or expenses arising out of the use of the tournament premises.
While security personnel may be available generally for the purpose of safeguarding the general public at the Tournament, the Participant is solely responsible for the safekeeping of his/her own property while attending The Fall Offensive. The Contestant attends this tournament wi the full knowledge of the tournament of Airsoft may cause bodily harm, serious injuries, loss of limbs and death.
The Participant therefore assumes the responsibility to indemnify, defend and hold Best of USA Marketing, event sponsors, event VIPs, event attendees, U S Army Armor Center, United State Marine Corps, Fort Hood, Texas, all agencies and departments of the United States Government, including but not limited to, U.S. Department of Defense, State, Treasury, and all agencies and units within, including but not limited to, the U.S. Army, U.S. Army Armor Center, Fort Hood Army Garrison, G-3 Range Division and his officers, agents and employees, and the unit/agency executing the event harmless from any liability, claims, court actions or causes of action for personal injury or property damage which the contestant may suffer while participating in The Fall Offensive.
All Participants are expected to and shall conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner. Any Participant who, in the opinion of Best of USA Marketing, United States Army, United States Marine Corps, and event sponsors, fails to conduct themselves in such a manner may be asked to leave the Tournament at any time without any right to a refund of fees, either in whole or in part. Without limiting the generality of the above, the possession of any firearm or weapon at the Tournament without the express, prior written permission of Best of USA Marketing or event sponsors shall result in immediate expulsion. Alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs are also prohibited, and illegal drugs shall also result in immediate expulsion. In order to uphold these provisions, the Participant agrees to permit reasonable inspection of their wares by a duly authorized agent of Best of USA Marketing. The Participant indemnifies and holds Best of USA Marketing, event sponsors, event VIPs, event attendees, US Army, Fort Hood, United State Marine Corps, all agencies and departments of the United States Government all agencies and departments of the United States Government, including but not limited to, U.S. Department of Defense, State, Treasury, and all agencies and units within, including but not limited to, the U.S. Army, United States Marine Corps, Fort Hood Army Garrison, G-3 Range Division and his officers, agents and employees, and the unit/agency executing the event harmless for any losses caused by a breach of these conditions.
