The PEQ15 Illuminator Laser & LED Light Combo is not a battery box, it is a real aiming aid device. Up until now every airsoft PEQ15 has been an empty box made to look like a laser, but this is the real thing. They have combined a high intensity laser and LED flashlight in a high impact plastic case. On top of the box is an activation switch, but included is a remote pressure switch that the user can opt to plug in or leave it off. Next to the activation button is a switch where you can select laser only, light only, or both of them on at the same time. Also included are realistic warning laser that can be placed on the PEQ15 for an even more authentic look. The mount to secure this PEQ15 is sturdily constructed of metal for a firm foundation on any rail that it's mounted on.

I bought this from Airsoft GI, so far no problems although I have not field tested it yet, I will write a 2nd review afterwards.
Pros:
very bright blinding light
very bright green laser
easy to zero on both sides
heavy and may increase front barrel weight (may be con to some)
Cons:
tedious at first to put on a short rail but once on use a screw driver to tighten it and should fit like a glove.

Diamond in the rough! The light and green laser are surprisingly bright considering the price point. If you want a laser/ light combo that's decent enough for practical use, plus cosmetic use, all without breaking the bank, this is it! The laser is much stronger than I anticipated for the price. It's almost a solid beam in low room lighting, and is slightly solid in no light settings.

Really really really happy with my PEQ. The green laser is SUPER bright! I can see it from 150yds away! Adjustment on them are pretty hit or miss from what I can tell. Mine can adjust a little bit but my friend got one and he can't adjust his at all. Still very cool for looks and up close they work fine.
