The Tac 9 500D Tactical Battle Belt is a good quality padded battle belt that uses a laser cut MOLLE platform on the outside, with a gel pad on the inside. The MOLLE webbing is sectioned off so that any unused sections can be covered by the inner riggers belt to prevent the loose webbing from snagging on brush or debris, or for the mounting of various subloads like drop leg holsters or pouch leg rigs. Due to the gel pad on the inside, the chances of the belt shifting during use are all but eliminated. The overall material of the belt is a very durable 500D Cordura fabric, which is great to prevent ripping or wear under hard use.

Battle Belts are a great choice when deciding on a loadout platform. Designed to sit around your waist, battle belts allow you to have additional MOLLE Real Estate that is within reach and yet adds very little encumbrance to your loadout. Keep in mind, that you will need to take additional steps to determine your size for battle belts due to the additional girth they create. Battle belt fitment will be determined by your waist size, hip size, and where you plan to wear it.
