These mags work great. They hold a good amount for mid caps, and they feed really good with no tape on it. You do have to wear them in a bit, but after that, they slide in and out perfect.
Pros:
Feed great
Hold a great amount
Slide in and out great
Cons:
Nothing is wrong with these mags, they work great.
Solid Mid-Cap Metal Magazines. There is not a whole lot else to say about them other then the fact that the just get the job done, and done well. I bought these mags about two years ago and they are still running strong, there have been some ups and downs but we'll get to those in a second.
Pros:
Solid metal exterior build. Very sturdy and holds up well after extended field or indoor CQB use. Have never had a miss-feed and they are Mid-Caps so they don't rattle and that is always a plus in my book.
Cons:
Although I have never had a miss-feed, I have had some jams. I play a lot at SC Village and it can get very dusty and dirty after playing all day. I wouldn't put this as a con normally if the cleaning process wasn't difficult, but it is. So you need to remove the bottom screw first to remove the inner, plastic, chamber that actually holds the spring and bb well. After you remove that you must remove all the screws to take it apart to get inside of the spring housing to get the dirst and grime out. Then repeat the steps in the opposite order to put it all back together.
So all in all GREAT mags, they have always gotten the job done for me, the cleaning process is just a little more lengthy then other mid-cap mags out there.
This is by far one of the greatest Mid-Capacity AEG magazines out there. The feed ability is perfect every time, and the build quality is remarkable. When it comes to Mid-Capacity magazines, you won't really find something that works so well with just about every M4 you put it in. I also found that loading it with a speed loader was a little hard at first, but was easier once you get the hang of it (if you're switching over from High Capacity magazines).
Pros:
_Great functionality
_High quality, metal construction
_Loading is easy
Cons:
_The price was a little high - I wouldn't be able to buy 5-10 of these at a time
_I thought they were black (based on the picture) but both of mine where grey when I got them
