Cybergun Full Metal Sig Sauer P226 X-Five CO2 Blowback Pistol Airsoft Gun is another Officially Licensed Blow Back Pistol by Cybergun. This pistol is beautifully constructed of metal, the 'clack' made by slide when released is unlike any other full metal pistol. This is a replica of the competition length SIG SAUER pistol, which is why it's longer than the standard P226. Other than the length the rest of the gun is just like the P226 we all know and love; double action trigger, and slide release are all easily accessible with the right thumb and trigger finger. The sights have dots for easy target acquisition, however the best part about this CO2 powered monster is the blowback. The kick given by the blow back system is unparalleled. Don't miss your chance to get a full metal, full trades, gas blowback P226 from Cybergun.

I was going to wait awhile before I reviewed this gun. I am satisfied with the range and accuracy of this gun; however, after two games and approximately nine C02 canisters the magazine has started to leak rather harshly. I can not find any replacement magazines for this gun, therefore it is now a $133.00 paper weight. I am giving the gun one star for this reason.
Pros:
Metal
Incredible slide effect
Loud (May be a con to some)
Large magazine
Cons:
Replacement magazines are few and far in between.
I got this gun about a year back and wanted to use it as much as I could before I wrote a review, kind of like the person before me. However, I have not had one problem with this gun (that wasn't easily fixed). The few things that I have run into with this gun is the front dot on the front sight fell off, also, the mag leaked co2 a couple times, but that was fixed by turning the brass part of the mag clockwise with a flat head screwdriver. The biggest problem however is that GI doesn't sell the magazines. This has been my sidearm since i got it and i haven't seen anything better for the price I got it at (which was at the time $133.99). I am very pleased with this side arm and would recommend it for anyone.
Pros:
Realistic
Full Metal
Powerful
Nice Kick
Good Mag Size
Easy To Dissemble
Shoots Smoothly (As long as you take care of it)
Easy To Clean
Cons:
Magazines Are Sparse
Mags Can Leak
Sights Aren't Amazing
May be tough to use for smaller players
This pistol is pretty good, I've tested it out on the field many times, and I haven't had any troubles what so ever with the GUN. Now the only issue I've has is when I bought a spare magazine off of another website, the O-ring was messed up so it would instantly leak when I put a new cartridge in, so I just sent it back, and they replaced it. I don't have any issues with the new magazine. the gun has great accuracy for a pistal, and the kick is really good. also on the last note; the safety doesn't really work; if the safetys on, the trigger will move, but nothing else will happen, but the safety tends to go back t fire, so it's usually not worth the effort to put the safety on when playing. But in all; this gun is amazing, and I wouldn't choose anything else
Pros:
Shoots well
kick is great
mostly full metal
realistic feel
durable
under barrel rail is nice feature.l
24 round magazine is great.
shoots around 55 bbs before one co2 cartridge runs out.
disassembly is simple and like the real p226 x-five
Cons:
Safety lever is kinda wierd.
No other issues with the gun so far.

Does Airsoftgi sell the CO2 magazines for this gun?
I am only able to find the KJW green gas magazines on the site. However I have seen elsewhere that there are magazines for this gun that are both green gas and take CO2 canisters...are the mags available on GI the dual power source?

Does this use the small 8 or 12gram CO2 canisters?
The description for the gun only lists CO2 usage, but does not specify whether or not it actually uses the canisters or if it must be manually filled via tank and nozzle once it runs out of gas.
