The Shellback Tactical Shoulder Pads have additional padding to provide much needed relief to shoulders from heavy loads and are engineered to be super breathable. They are compatible with the Banshee Rifle Plate Carrier but are a great ergonomic addition to all vests and will help distribute weight that causes fatigue.

A plate carrier with armor and several magazines will exceed 20 lbs rather quickly so the Shellback Tactical Shoulder Pads will cost you a little in the short run but save you alot of pain in the long run.
