The Shellback Tactical Banshee Rifle Plate Carrier is made in USA out of 1000 denier Cordura nylon. The front, back, and shoulders are padded and covered in MOLLE webbing for the attachment of pouches. The included MOLLE cummerbund is adjustable or can be removed to give the carrier a slimmer profile. The front and back have two rows of loop for patches and ID placards. The shoulders have elastic guides for wires, antenna, or hydration tubes. The Banshee accepts up to 10x12 shooter cut armor plates and/or soft armor plate backers. The cummerbund accepts 17in x 6in soft armor inserts and has MOLLE webbing on the interior side for side plate pockets.

I recently traded for this plate carrier, I got mine in Coyote Tan, but that is besides the point, this can be adjusted to hell and back, people like me, small, slender (5'4 105lbs) have trouble finding plate carriers that fit us, well this plate carrier can fit them all.
Pros:
Can fit literally anyone
1000D Cordura, very strong.
Drag Handle is stitched halfway down the back, very robust.
Removable cummerbund.
Very slim fitting.
Cons:
The only con to this plate carrier is the kangaroo pouch, it has Velcro going almost all the way down, making it very hard to quickly access anything you put in the kangaroo pouch.
Excellent piece of gear. Works best with a light load out (mags in the front only and maybe a hydration carrier in the back) It's used by law enforcement agencies within the Los Angeles area so that tells you something. You definitely get every penny you pay for in this vest.
Pros:

I have just recently bought the rife plate carrier and I have to say that it is amazing. It is lightweight , durable, and suuuuuuuuuuuper comfortable. I love the adjustability is offers and even on a small guy like me it fits perfect. The platform is still very stable with and without plates in it so with this order I am very pleased.
