This is the Prometheus Selector Plate for MK5. Selector plates are an important part of the gearbox's operation. If a selector plate is misshapen or has a fouled metal plate then the semi or full auto function could be effected. If you're having fire selector problems it may be due to a bad selector plate.

Product Information:
I bought this to replace the broken factory one from G&G I figured it would be stronger and it is. Ok first off it fits Ver. 2 Gearboxes just fine the only problem is the arch in the middle is too long for my gun and now it's only full auto witch is fine by me... for now I'll probably just replace it in the near future with the factory one.

Pretty Red color... lol

dosent work too well on my g&g pm5-a4 (might work better on other companies MP5 models)

As the first reviewer describes, this Selector Plate bows in the middle allowing my echo1 MP5A4's plastic selector cam to roll under this Plate, I think the grooves in the plate need to be just a bit wider to allow the 9mm bearings in my King Arms gearbox more room to move without pushing up on the Plate. Also the detent isn't robust enough
But in Prometheus' defence, Echo1 should have made the tabs inside the the plastic grip taller to force the plates to lay flat. Maybe in the next revision. lol
