Product Information:
These gears are unbreakable. I have tinkered and retuned them numerous times and applied many different tension springs to them, ranging from M90 to M150, with the same results. I only have two gripes about these gears" #1 they are (no matter how I shim them or how high or low the motor is tuned) excedingly noisy, and #2 they are a pain to shim. Overall, a great gear set, but no where near worth $110.
(I got my gears from ebay along with a prometheus piston, anti-reversal latch, piston head, and shims for only $66.75.)
Pros:
-High quality, heavy, high polished steel that will never break.
-Can take very high pressure springs for long periods of time without wear or breakdown.
Cons:
-WAY overpriced.
-Constantly loud, no matter how you shim or adjust the motor.
