Magpul has made an excellent reputation for themselves with their wide range of accessories and parts for real steel firearms. They are one of the first manufacturers that has embraced Airsoft as an acceptable form of training and simulation for real world simulation. Recently they have embarked on their own line of Airsoft accessories, such as stocks, magazines, etc.
Now they have released their own budget friendly, and highly ergonomic airsoft pistol grip, the MOE grip. This grip features improved ergonomics and positive rough texture on both sides and the rear backstrap. It also features real MagPul trademarks and logo. With a variety of colors the MOE grip is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a new addition to their M4 or M16.
Features:
Improved Ergonomics
Authentic Trademarks and Logo
Rough Texture on Sides and the Rear

The product name is correct (MOE - Magpul Original Equipment), but the description calls it the MIAD (Mission Adaptable), which it is not. I wanted to get something set up as close as possible to the (real) gun I teach/compete with. This product is pretty close to the actual MOE, but like all airsoft grips is wider to accommodate the motor. I've worked on real guns for years, but I'm new to airsoft (mechanisms much more complicated than real firearms, and fits are much less precise, which makes them more challenging to work on than real guns. This is NOT a drop in part - you will have to modify the motor housing at the base of the grip.
Pros:
Look and feels close to the real thing
The addition of the beaver tail and the deletion of finger bump make it very comfortable in the hand
Cons:
The motor housing is cheesy. Instead of it being metal (as was the one on my stock CM grip) with heat sink, the Magpul has big gaping holes in bottom for ventilation - not a problem unless you invert your gun and get find crud in there, in which case it will makes its way right into the gear box
The motor housing needs to be modified with dremel tool in order for the motor to be properly seated into it, and the wire connector angle needs to be modified (bent) to go around the rather thick walls. Not hard, but don't get this unless you like to/want to modify the part.
It costs about $10 more than it should.
Amazing grip. It needs slight modification for my KWA M4 CQB, but its so worth it. it feels, looks, and lets out heat amazingly. Due to its large vents on the motor plate, you MUST make sure to the grip out of sand, dirt, etc. If you don't mind an hours worth of tweaking to make it perfect you NEED this.
Pros:
feels awesome
looks beastly
doesn't use those stupid shims that always fell out
awsome textured surfaces
Cons:
needs modificaton
So I actually haven't put this on my gun yet but I plan to before my next war but from what I can tell it's really thick which is good makes me feel like I have more control and just has an over all better feel that the standard grip.
Pros:
It's thick
Very durable design
Made by MagPul so.... Yeah
Install seems simple enough
Very comfortable to hold
Cons:
I don't have anything bad to say about it. I mean if you don't like a good price or any thing mentioned in the pros than this is awful :p but seriously no cons at all!
