The NC Star Tactical Dot Sight w/ Cantilever Mount is a great optic that combines the advantage of a modestly sized, lightweight optic with the ease of use of a cantilever mount, and the improved target acquisition speed of an illuminated red/green/blue reticle. It features multiple different brightness settings ensuring that it fits for just about any situation. The cantilever mount provides yet another advantage by raising the optic slightly above the top rail of the gun, making it much more easily visible for players using full facemasks. The adjustable height and windage turrets allow the user to ensure that their shots are dead-on, and the flip-down lens covers protect the integrity of the glass lenses during storage and transportation.

Great sight and is tall enough to be able to see over many different types of iron sights. Made of a durable metal, and has 3 brightness modes, as well as 3 colored dots (red-green-blue). Overall a well built sight, and is easy to adjust.

This is my first red dot and it has performed well so far. It looks good, feels good, and has three color modes to choose from. I can't zero it properly but that may just be my fault.

The reddot can easily be seen over a m4 front sight(though this isn't a neccasart feature).
Cons:
I couldn't zero properly with my Elite Force m4 CQB. I couldn't move the dot down far enough to align with my bb groupings but That just may be my fault since I'm in inexperienced with Reddotsights.

Great red dot! It comes with three colors and three brightness levels, and the riser easily clears the front triangle sight on my G&G CM16. The package also includes TWO batteries and a lifetime warranty. It's very easy to adjust the dot itself. The material of the body is very sturdy, definitely seems to be able to take a beating. All in all, I would argue that this is the best red dot sight of its type, and is well worth its price tag

It probably would not because theses dot sights are designed for airsoft use only. It may work for a short period of time but if you were to find a dot sight with at least some shock resistance you would probably be alright.
