The Modify Cylinder Set for the MK36 Series has all the necessary parts to upgrade or replace the cylinder assembly of an MK36 gearbox. The Cylinder Set includes a cylinder head, air seal nozzle, aluminum piston head, the cylinder, and a polycarbonate piston. The Modify series of upgrade parts are compatible with most major brands of AEG. You can expect the same level of quality from these parts as Guarder and Systema parts for a fraction of the price.

Mmmmkay, ignore my last comment, I got the gearbox to go together, so don't E-mail me please. Like the last guy said, it's a great cylinder set and makes the gearbox look beautiful, but the cylinder head has a little compression issue, so for optimum performance, buy a new cylinder head. Other than the cylinder head, it's a great cylinder set for a mild power upgrade.

Okay, I really apologize for writing a third review on this product, but the fact that I made one bad typo on the previous review was really bothering me. So to resolve any confusion that I may have caused, I will state that when I said cylinder head, I meant piston head. The cylinder head has NO compression issue, it sticks on there just fine, it's the piston head that doesn't fill the entire cylinder. A note to Airsoft GI, You can delete my previous 2 comments, it would make my head feel much better if you did, thank-you.

Product Information:
This Cylinder Set made a good, affordable start on upgrading my Echo1 G36. For those claiming compression issues from the piston head, you are mistaken. Out of the box the O-ring was a bit tight creating zero compression, but after properly greasing the piston head before placing the O-ring on it, compression was as good as I could have asked. All pieces of this set work flawlessly and feel solid. I've run about 15 thousand rounds with this installed along with the Modify metal spring guide with bearings and a Modify SP120 spring and haven't run into a problem yet.

Pros:
All parts sold individually are much more expensive
Each piece feels well made and durable
Able to handle SP120 spring easily


Cons:
The listing says not compatible with Echo1/JG when in fact it does. Not really much of a con.
