The rifle was chosen for a few specific reasons: It is an incredibly affordable option for many players, allowing us to keep the packages at an attainable price. It's polymer body makes it very lightweight, a God-send when carrying several pounds of gear already. And lastly, the actual HK416A5 is in use with several special forces units under both the US Military as well as NATO as a whole.
