The Lonex M4/SR16 Cylinder is built using high density and heat treated steel to withstand the constant friction damage caused by the piston head. A grooved design is added to the exterior of the cylinder, to effectively dissipate the heat caused by friction between piston and cylinder, and the interior of the cylinder is polished to reduce friction. This is an easy upgrade to most airsoft replicas for those seeking maximum air compression and efficiency. This is a 9/10 volume cylinder with small cuts in one end to vent a small amount of air before starting compression, which provides optimal air capacity for barrels that measure 400mm in length or greater
