I've had this gun for about two weeks now and I can admit that I'm fairly satisfied with it. The accuracy right out of the box is a little under par but I expected as much when purchasing. Nothing some new parts can't fix. The weight of the gun is actually a little heavier than I expected as the whole body (minus the stock) is made of metal. The foldable stock is rather flimsy though and the latch doesn't like to stay shut. However, who really needs a foldable stock on a sniper rifle anyways? JB weld that sucker. The monopod is also stuck on mine as well. I took it apart and have yet to find the issue. But all in all, cosmetic issues aside, this is a very well built rifle.
Pros:
Nice weight
Good FPS
Looks badass
Cons:
Flimsy Stock
Subpar accuracy
Hop up is a little tricky to get to
Magazine can get stuck if not inserted/removed properly
Let me just say a really really really want to love this rifle or at least the like this rifle .Well I got mine the other day and took it outside to do a test fire and saw it was shooting a little low with .40 so figuredthat the hopup was low so I went to go looking for it couldn't find anything that resembled it looked online and looked at Lancer tactical itself the manual was total and other more than useless couldn't find anything so I tore down the gun completely still couldn't find anything resembling a hop up adjuster until I found it's got a hop up on it just nothing attached to it so I don't know if I just got a fluke and they just did not attach mine or it doesn't come with one I don't know
Pros:
I love the look at this thing I would like to feel it's a little on the heavier side but I'm a bigger guy I kind of like the little heavier I don't feel like I have to worry about breaking it if I accidentally dropped it
Cons:
The buttstock was kind of wobbly and the folding stock won't actually stay locked in place but it's not too big of a deal cuz I can grind down the the latch and it will stay locked in place and I'm not too worried about the wobbly stock or the back part of it the wobbly bits but other than the hop-up issue I just exclaimed again I don't know if I just got a a dud that I have the worst luck known to man I don't know I really want to like this gun but it's not helping me
Picked one of these up for my son. He said it's just like his favorite gun in Call of Duty and reminds me of some of my rifles. I still can't quite wrap my head around this hop up thing, but the gun feels damn near real. Hopefully my son uses it for a while, seems like it'll hold up.

3-9x50 scopes are very solid, offering a wide field of view and good amount of adjustment. Any bipod will work as long as it can mount to picatinny rails. 2313 days ago 0
