Lancer Tactical LT96D MK96 Bolt Action Sniper Gas Airsoft Rifle Scope & Bipod Package (Black)
[P05A00][17888 / LT-96D]
New to airsoft? Here are some safety tips for airsoft guns that we recommend following.
Getting yourself out on the field and being competitive does not have to be expensive. Whereas in the past it could cost you upwards of $400 to have your airsoft gun, tactical gear, eye protection, magazines and bb's, Lancer Tactical now makes it entirely possible to be out and playing for a more affordable price! Don't be mistaken, just because many of these airsoft guns have a lower price tag does not mean that they are the same as the low power electric or spring powered guns that you might find elsewhere for similar or lower prices. The Lancer Tactical models are skirmish-grade airsoft guns, unlike the spring guns found elsewhere that are just toys. Order yours today so you can be out on the field and having a blast as soon as they come in!
The Lancer Tactical L96 Airsoft Gun is a very impressive piece of craftsmanship. Not only does it come with a very modest price tag, but it provides incredible value for each dollar spent on it. The body of the L96 is constructed out of polymer, which makes it lightweight enough that you can carry it around the field for hours without becoming fatigued. The top of the airsoft gun features a 20mm rail for mounting your preferred optics. The adjustable stock allows the user to adjust the position of the rifle they find comfortable when shooting. With the option of folding allows the user to easily transport their airsoft gun in a gun bag safely from one location to another. The fluted outer barrel gives the gun a unique appearance over other L96 variant airsoft guns. Clocking in near 450fps makes this ideal and the included scope and bipod is a great plus for outdoor gameplay and long range engagements. Affordable and reliable performance package. It is recommended to use at least .32 gram precision bbs for the utmost performance. In summary, don't let the affordable price of the Lancer Tactical L96 Airsoft Gun fool you into thinking it is a low quality option, or that it is going to break on you immediately. This is a skirmish-grade, battle-ready airsoft gun that is ready to help you take down your enemies on the field.Specifications:

LANCER TACTICAL L96 REVIEW, THE GUN FUNCTIONS VERY WELL AFTER FIXING THE MAGAZINE LATCH ISSUE I HAD ON MY MODEL, IM NOT SURE IF THIS IS AN ISSUE ON ALL OF THEM BUT ON MINE IT WAS AND WAS ALSO A VERY EASY FIX, ONCE FIXED THE RIFLE FIRES VERY WELL AND IS POWERFUL,
Pros:
VERY POWERFUL
GOOD QUALITY
FEEDS WELL
HEAVY BUILT
Cons:
HAD TO FIX THE MAGAZINE TO ALLOW IT TO LOCK IN
NON THREADED BARREL END
WOULD RECOMMEND HPA TAPPING THE MAGAZINE

Got it for my first gas sniper rifle ( yes I know, I've started with a spring M700 so It's okay) . Overall, this thing is HEAVY. With the scope on, it weighs nearly 16lbs - which is almost the same as the real thing. Externally, it has very nice nylon fiber stock, though the folding stock on mine wobbles quite a bit, but you won't notice it if it is against your shoulder. The barrel is made out of really, really nice metal, as so is the flash hider. Since this is a gas sniper rifle, the action is "smooth" and makes very satisfying sound when cocking. "Smooth" because when first getting the gun, you might have a hard time cocking it back.
There is a really cool decocking feature that maybe most of you guys might not know. If the rifle is cocked and the fire pin is out, pull up the bolt level ( should feel like a spring pushing back ) and pull in the trigger, then move the bolt back and put the bolt back to its original position ( NOTE : make sure to have the trigger pulled the whole time )
The only thing I don't like about the gun is the safety. It sometimes work and sometimes don't but I'd rather you treat the gun like it's always loaded.
I recommend use .28 -_ .40 because it's a pretty strong gun. It's basically a ARES clone so you can use parts from that gun
Pros:
Very realistic weigh - heavy ( could be con )
High quality metal, and high quality plastic
Decocking feature which is nice
Bolt action is very satisfying.
Includes a scope mount rail, which is really neat
Free 3-9x40 scope ( not very good but it is usable )
Cons:
Magazine when first got out of the box is really stiff to get it, after use it gets better. Just apply some silicon oil
The folding stock is nice but it wobbles a little bit, not noticeable when you hold it against your shoulder
It's really heavy (15ish lbs, might not be the gun for weak operators)
