Alright so.. I've had this gun for only a few days... I'm quite frustrated with it. Overall Lancer Tactical did an outstanding job on making the gun look good. I would of been happier with the full metal rail... But I had quite a run around with Airsoftgi as far as stock or out of stock because none of customer service reps had the correct information until I contacted one via phone... Who took the time to find out what was going on instead of just answering with "we're currently out"
Okay back to the gun... So the looks of it are great. But the gun has weight even for the poly version... Most the gun is made out of metal even the folding part of the stock... It does feel pretty sturdy to me. The bolt... Nice smooth action to a point.... If you don't pull it back all the way somehow... And slide it forward it obviously won't fire out a BB... But when you pull back to cock it and push forward you have to make sure the handle is all the way up otherwise it'll hit the safety switch.
The magazine. It is a bit hard to seat... And you might have to play with it. The magazine is all metal. You'll turn it on its side and feed the BBS in with a loader.
So the main things that are irking me off... The outter barrel.. the guy who did the video said it was a fluted barrel... Yeah! About 4 inches out of the handgaurd. The HOP up.. where the heck is it? I watched the video a couple times, and even read the manual... It says it's located underneath the handgaurd... But there's no holes to adjust it... Okay... No lever... Weird... So I looked around the gun to see if I could identify it. Nothing. So lastly I even slide the handgaurd forward to see if it was there... There is nothing visible to adjust.
So maybe I got a fluke for a gun with that part missing? Or did they rush the building and forget the hop up adjuster all together? I will update this if Lancer Tactical gets back to me about it... Or Airsoftgi... But until then I have a gun that I can only hope shoots true. Out of the box.
Beyond that... Love it... Love the suppressor they give you in the box... I wish there was more information on the gun.
Pros:
Looks great
Solid platform
Nice suppressor
Lots of rail space
Full metal recover feels solid
Cons:
Bolt handle may hit safety switch
Heavy! Feels close to 10lbs
Fluted barrel is really only 4 inches from outside of the handgaurd
Where the heck is the hop up?
Magazine takes some fidgetting
