Lancer Tactical LT28B M24 Bolt Action Spring Sniper Airsoft Rifle (Black)
[O05B00][17870 / LT-28B]New to airsoft? Here are some safety tips for airsoft guns that we recommend following.
Getting yourself out on the field and being competitive does not have to be expensive. Whereas in the past it could cost you upwards of $300 to have your airsoft gun, tactical gear, eye protection, magazines and bb's, Lancer Tactical now makes it entirely possible to be out and playing for less than $200! Don't be mistaken, just because many of these airsoft guns have a sub-$120 price tag does not mean that they are the same as the low power electric or spring powered guns that you might find elsewhere for similar or lower prices. The Lancer Tactical models are skirmish-grade airsoft guns, unlike the spring guns found elsewhere that are just toys.
The Lancer Tactical M24 Airsoft Gun is a very impressive piece of craftsmanship. Not only does it come with a very modest price tag, but it provides incredible value for each dollar spent on it. The body of the M24 is constructed out of polymer, which makes it lightweight enough that you can carry it around the field for hours without becoming fatigued. The top of the airsoft gun features a 20mm rail for mounting your preferred optics. The adjustable stock allows the user to adjust the position of the rifle they find comfortable when shooting. The fluted outer barrel gives the gun a unique appearance over other M24 variant airsoft guns. Clocking in near 500fps makes this ideal for outdoor gameplay and long range engagements. It is recommended to use at least .32 precision bbs for the utmost performance. In summary, don't let the low price of the Lancer Tactical M24 Airsoft Gun fool you into thinking it is a low quality option, or that it is going to break on you immediately. This is a skirmish-grade, battle-ready airsoft gun that is ready to help you take down your enemies on the field.Specifications:

Got this as a low cost way to see if i would like sniper vs run and gun. First impression was "not bad". Feels pretty solid overall. Definitely need a scope as there aren't even open (iron) sights on it. Put a sling on it as well. Comes with only one mag and it seems you can't get/find more. I bought a couple replacement mags for a snow wolf m24 and they fit "OK" the quality was definitely less than the Lancer tactical. I set up a range in my basement that measured 50 feet and ran several hundred rounds through it. 10 inch paper plates as my targets. Accuracy was OK as it basically peppered the plate. As the minimum engagement distance for snipers around here is 100 feet I was a little concerned accuracy was going to be poor so I began researching to see what sort of barrel I could put in it. Difficult and confusing as it seems there are many variations of this model from different manufacturers. Eventually I found anything you find for the snow wolf M 24 APS style worked for mine. I got a ZCI 285mm 6.02mm Stainless Steel Barrel for 18 bucks and it dropped right in no mods needed. Accuracy was greatly improved with this barrel as I started to see groupings versus just peppering the plate. First time out with it it chronoed 498fps with .20BBs. Then the hop up. Crap. On the field where I could finally shoot farther than 50 feet and the BBs climbed straight up at about 100 feet out and no amount of hop up adjustment seem to change much of anything making it usles as a sniper rifle as engagement distance was 100 feet. There was another guy there that day who had an M 24 of another make and he had replaced the hop up and it was quite accurate. I've ordered a different hop up unit for it and hopefully that will straighten it out. All that being said overall I am pleased with it. And if the hop up straightens it out all totaled I'll have Less than 250 into it including the purchase of the gun.
Pros:
Looks, trigger feel, low cost
Cons:
Hop up did very little.
