Lancer Tactical LT16D AK47 AEG Airsoft Rifle (Imitation Wood)
[P08B00][20643 / LT-16D]New to airsoft? Here are some safety tips for airsoft guns that we recommend following.
The Lancer Tactical AK, is a budget friendly airsoft gun yet produced exceptionally well. Not only does it come with a very modest price tag, but it provides incredible value for each dollar spent on it. The body of the AK is constructed out of polymer, which makes it lightweight enough that you can carry it around the field for hours without becoming fatigued. The fake wood furniture also allows for a traditional AK look without the extra added on weight. The full stock makes the gun very comfortable to shoulder, and its overall compact design makes it perfect for close quarter engagements.
Internally, the Lancer Tactical AK AEG is even more impressive. The standard version 3 gearbox features a full metal construction, with metal bushings and an innovative metal sector gear clip to ensure that the gun cycles correctly. It also comes standard with a ball bearing spring guide to reduce the tension on the spring as it cycles. The lightweight polymer piston features pre-corrected angle of engagement. The piston head is ported, and a one-piece hop up unit all matches together perfectly with the gearbox to ensure that the Lancer Tactical AK fires as smoothly and reliably as possible.
In summary, don't let the low price of the Lancer Tactical AK AEG Airsoft Gun fool you into thinking it is a low quality option, or that it is going to break on you immediately. This is a skirmish-grade, battle-ready airsoft gun that is ready to help you take down your enemies on the field. The gun's internals are all standard Version 3 parts which means it is fully upgradable, and should you decide to, you can build it up into an even more impressive addition to your arsenal.

So far, pretty INSANE!!!
Im what some would consider a newbie to AK style airsoft rifles. I have shot M4s, and they are really great.
However, if you notice, this item is on sale, and since I couldnt afford a new M4, (Im 13.) I saw this and basically well, I guess you could say gun nuts.
However, the instructions say to put the battery in the top of the receiver. DO NOT DO THIS! IT IS A WAST OF TIME AND REALLY, REALLY ANNOYING! I eventually had to call customer service, (which was surprisingly good. Even though I had a basic question, they took the time to answer it and I greatly appreciate that.) and they explained that you must put the barrel on the ground, have the mag pointing away from you, and push the baseplate real hard away from your body, opening the battery housing.
Pros:
Cool lookin
High FPS
Easy controls
A lot in the package especially when you consider the price tag.
Balanced weight
Feels pretty solid with the exception of top of the receiver, nothing duct tape cant fix.
Full auto is ridiculously fast.
Cons:
Trigger pull feels NOTHING like a real gun, except maybe the Remington RM380, which is more of a joke than a gun.
The manual tells you to put the battery in the wrong place.
Top of receiver once taken off and put back on and really wobbly, however, nothing duct tape cant fix.
Super good overall deal with the charger and battery, shoots 370 with .20 and 310 with .25, hop up works and gets decent range, I play outdoor medium to close range. Took it out 4 times so far and no problems at all. My local shop recommended to stick to semi only and it's not worth upgrading. So great first gun it'll do the job till you save up for something better.
Pros:
reliable
Cons:
plastic wood pretty flimsy
