The piston is fashioned from high-density polycarbonate with steel teeth designed to mesh properly with the gear teeth for continuous reliability and performance. The piston head is constructed of polycarbonate for light weight and strength and ported for maximum air seal. This type of piston head provides a longer-lasting assembly, compared to other piston heads made of flimsy plastic.

The cylinder is made of aluminum and Teflon coated for maximum air seal. The cylinder head and air nozzle are built of a dense polymer material that is just as lightweight and tough as the rest of this gun's components.
