Two large general purpose pouches are also mounted on either side of the magazine pouches and are large enough for a variety of items such as empty magazines, tools, or BB bottles. This chest rig features wide padded straps to ensure maximum user comfort when worn; the straps also cross in the back to help reduce the felt load on the shoulders.

The pouches fit my AK mags with the straps keeping it in so I can't complain. Kind of a basic set up but it does the job for quick games. I put a speed loader and BBs on the side pouches with my dead rag. The size adjustment also stays in place and I havent noticed it loosen up
