My previous ptt broke on spot so I had to find a new one. This one works fine and does it's job. No worries from my end. Do be careful because it might break as easily too. Connects to most radios that use 1 pin style. All you need to do is connect your communications to this and push the button on the side to use it. The way it is clipped on is by the clip that holds onto things. Holds nicely and hasn't gone anywhere in the time I have used it.

Where can I find a helmet mount to mount this on helmet rails.

(I have this same question)
I don't think you would want to mount that onto your helmet. That would require you to reach up and touch your helmet every so often. It would be better and signifagantly more efficient if you clipped it to your Plate Carrier.
