KWA VZ61 Skorpion SMG GBB Airsoft Pistol (Black)

Development of the vz. 61 Skorpion was initiated in the late 1950s, with the intent to provide various non-infantry units with a lightweight, personal defense weapon that brought more firepower than the standard pistol. First prototypes of the new weapon were built in 1959 and was officially adopted by the Czechoslovak Army in 1961. Although the vz. 61 Skorpion was created for the Czech Army, a few Skorpions found their way into the hands of various niche groups, which favored the weapon for its small size and the subsonic capabilities of the .32 ACP cartridge.

The kz.61 "Skorpion" is an ultra compact, select-fire, gas blowback submachine gun by KWA. Made of steel and polymer, the Skorpion embodies quality and durability and weighs in at around 2 pounds. The KWA machine pistol features a removable foldable stock on the rear, a select fire lever that goes from safe to semi or full auto. The replica is charged by the ambidextrous charging knobs slightly forward of the magazine, and when the magazine is empty, the bolt locks back, which prevents the wasting of gas when the magazine is empty. With the stock folded, the Skorpion measures at 11 inches long, and extending the stock adds 10 inches to the length.
