I got this gun in a holiday mystery box. Big win when i opened my $30 box and found this.
Looks and feels amazing. The wood in the stock seems like it might chip or crack but i can't say for sure till it happens. The gun came with a single High Cap magazine but no Battery. I used the battery i had from an AUG(Don't remember the Manufacturer, and the battery doesnt fit in the stock or the gun)(Dont know how to tell the volts in the battery either) and shot the small bag of BBs the mp44 came with. It has 3 firing settings controled by sliding the safety switch back and forth. The single fire setiing had a tendancy to sound as if it was jamming but i didn't see any problems. The automatic setting worked perfectly.

Its very easy to remove the stock to access the battery connectors, just have to remove one pin.
Really just an awesome gun looks wise. i cant vouche for performance yet but its got some power definately.
Cons:
Didn't come with a Battery
Heavy, no rails so can't just mount a grip.
A magazine with lower capacity would be good to pick up as well because it fires quickly on full auto and and to keep firing involves alot of winding.
This is one heavy gun ! I bought this gun locally its 15lbs i can imagine the shipping to Hawaii . Solid build metal barrel upper and lower receivers real wood butt stalk . This gun shoots hard at about 406fps and fires a rate of 350bb p/s . Full metal heavy metal even the huge 300 round magazine is metal down to the metal gearbox and metal gears ive already shot 20,000 bbs out of it no problems yet. Only down side of this Mp-44 is no rail system made for it since it was invented in the late WW1 just like the Thompson sub machine gun so it didnt get used widely til WW2 ....

This is a really solid gun. But there is only two problems with the gun and those are, that it is a hard gun to take apart and that the wooden stock wobbles when it is connected to the metal plate that connects to the stock this was an easy fix with some good ol' gorilla tape and it really is hard to notice if you put it on cleanly.

-Stock
-A PAIN To take apart
-Wobbling (that is to be expected with a Chinese made gun)
