Javelin Gun Works Full Metal M4 RIS Electric BlowBack Airsoft Gun. The Javelin Works M4-A1 RIS is Javelins version of the M4 RIS that we all know and love. The gun features a full metal body, retractable stock and a full metal rail system. The rail system featured on the Javelin M4 RIS is slightly fatter then the usual rail interface system, this is because the battery is housed inside of the rail system allowing the use of any stock. The Javelin M4 RIS features a Electronic Blowback system that provides realism as well as a good amount of recoil. The gun uses a 360mm barrel, making a viable gun for any engagement from CQB to mid range engagements. The body is a high quality full metal body without any creaks or flex and the finish looks great. The retractable stock looks very similar to a LE style stock with a few changes in design and a small rail mounted on the right side of the stock. The Javelin M4 RIS features a standard front triangle sight and a detachable rear sight that allow for easy co-witnessing. Overall, the Javelin Gun works M4 Ris with Electric Blowback is a great buy that will not disappoint.

This gun sucks in every way. the gearbox needed to be replaced after 3000 rounds because everything was broken. the hop up sucks and everything on it wobbles.

About 80% of this gun is constructed of solid metal. That being said, it has a good weight to it for sure but in my opinion, it is a little too heavy to be running around with. Don't get me wrong though, it is very accurate and the electric blowback adds to the pleasure of shooting it. This is actually my friend's gun and he has had problems with the gearbox and such until he finally got a new gearbox replaced. The only real major problem is that the magwell is just TOO big for the magazine. Of course this leads to feeding problems, unless you can find a really thick magazine to work for it.

-accurate up to 150 ft. with .25 and up.

Cons:
-too heavy (in my opinion)
-mag wobbles because magwell is too big.
-misfeeds sometimes
This gun was great, granted i broke it but any gun would have under the circumstances lol. Anyway the structure is very nice, full metal is always a plus, adds to the feel of the gun as well as durability. Now i did break it but that is because i slipped and fell while the gun was between me and the ground. The gun was positioned so that 2 rocks were on either side so it just folded in the middle at the stock. But it was put to the test with 160 lbs crashing on it and it jet fell the right way. Other than that i had dropped it multiple times and it was fine, great M4 RIS for sure.

How long is the inner barrel?
i already have this gun and am looking to upgrade the inner barrel. somewhere around 6.03mm. any suggestions?
