The SR-25 by JG is another addition to their line of affordable products. The SR-25 is an ideal choice for those looking for a DMR setup. The polymer full stock allows the used to utilize a wide array of batteries. The metal body provides support and durability to the gearbox. The 12in rail system offers the user a wide range of options when mounting the needed accessories to become optimal for the game. The railed gas block allows the user to attach small accessories or a bipod without taking up rail space on the free float rail. Another great feature is the monolithic style upper rail which will allow different mounting points for optics to provide the proper eye relief. Internally, the SR-25 by JG features Low Resistance Silver wiring and MOSFET system as well as the known JG Blue Torque Motor to pull harder springs and providing a better trigger response. Overall, this is a well made airsoft gun to fulfill that marksman roll.

I picked this up to make a great DMR build with HPA. I haven't installed HPA yet, but plinked with it as an AEG and it's actually pretty good. If I wasn't dead set on a perfect air setup, I'd probably leave it as is. It's sturdy and doesn't wobble and I love how long the barrel is.

It's a quick detach barrel extension, which is easily removed using the tab located at the top of the base of the mock suppressor. Most of the SR25 style airsoft guns that come with the suppressor are typically quick detach using the same or similar system.
