I borrowed this gun from a friend, but it was actually better than my regular primary. The power, feel, and quality that went into this gun was similar to that of guns double its price. If you want an awesome looking, powerful AEG; get this gun.
Pros:
Looks, feels, shoots, and intimidates very well.
Cons:
Lack of available mounting systems, default sights are hard to use.

I love the L85's and this A2 is actually pretty solid. ICS actually did a pretty good job with this one.
Pros:
- shorter carbine length for CQC
- strong polymer handguard and cheek rest
- bullpup
Cons:
- proprietary gearbox

I just got this in the mail a few days ago, and boy am i still in love! This is an extremely high quality gun as far as looks and feels go. I got this as a late Christmas present and at the time of me writing this, this is the most expensive airsoft piece I own. The externals are just amazing. The SA80 family is one of my favorite rifle families (based on my love for british firearms, i have no actual SA80 firing experience as i am a American Civilian). This thing is hefty for its size, i will tell you that. Definately feels like the same or heavier than my golden eagle MCR. The metal doesn't feel cheap either, feeling nice and solid while also durable. The Furniture is mostly polymer, with the rear buttpad and cheek rest either being made from rubber, or very nicely rubberized. I havent had it crap out on me yet, however i have yet to do a proper shooting test, asides from a few test fires to verify it works. The box is nice too,and the gun is secure in its plastic tray. However, the mock gas piston was not assembled before shipping, upon taking the carbine out of the box, i noticed a spring in the box and that the mock gas piston had fell inside the upper reciever. I was able to pull it out without dissasembly and nothing was damged, the spring in the box is supposed to go on the gas piston to keep it secured. Speaking of dissasembly, it is very tricky. There are plenty of good videos on how to properly dissasemble this rifle, but re assembly can be a pain. Be mindful of where the wires are so you do not damage them trying to jam the reciever back together, and make sure everything lines up right. It is annoying to do, but you will get the hang of it eventually. The gearbox is also Ver2 compatible from what ive seen, so thats also a plus if you want to upgrade it or future repairs. All in all, this is a great gun. And, on a better note, nearly 90 dollars MORE on nearly every other major US retailer. It was even 30$ off when I bought it! If i hadn't checked AirsoftGI, i would have paid 400$ for the G&G or ICS full size L85. So thank you AirsoftGi, you saved me about 120$. Real happy with this piece, would definately reccomend it.
Pros:
Very nice externals
ADJUSTABLE FPS, what isnt to like about taking this gun to any field without having to buy a new spring?
Bullpup design gives you near full size m16 barrel length with a more compact package
Super heavy like the real thing ( a pro in my eyes but a con in others)
Cons:
The magazine it came with is a very tight fit and cannot fit any other M4 variant AEG i own
The gun arrived with the gas piston in the reciever but luckily no damage
The reassembly after maintainece is definately more tricky than putting back together a m4 or whatnot
The gun is kinda loud. A pro in my book but maybe not in yours.

Handguard
Is there any way to put a railed handguard for foregrips, lasers, and the like on this gun? Or would I be stuck having to hold the handguard?
