While this is a little expensive, it is way worth it. The hair trigger is amazing and I chronoed it at 395 to 405 fps. But the best part is its rate of fire.... an frickin 36 rounds per second!!! Did i mention it comes with a red dot and two metal mags? PS this was done with a 9.6 4000mah nihm battery
Pros:
pros;
high rate of fire
high fps
solid body structure
good quality red dot
Cons:
cons;
not much range, maybe 80 to 100 feet it the max
why a red dot for a qbq gun???
Great gun, although the one I received was NOT an electronic blow-back, and lacked all of the features that an electronic blow-back would include! As result, my review might not be accurate to the gun you get (unless ASGI goofs again and you get a standard AEG too, in which case read on!)
My biggest concern was that the battery storage would fall out when I pressed the mag release to take a spent mag out, but it stays in the ready-mag very well! In fact you kinda have to work a little to get it out, it really stays in place.
The velocity is inconsistent, varying everywhere between 300 and 350 FPS per shot. I advise you flirt with the idea of getting a new spring with it.
The rate of fire is also pretty piddly, my 10.8 lithium battery had it shooting 17 BB's per second, while the very same battery had a stock Echo 1 mp5 shooting around 30 BB's per second. I have since been using a 11.1 lipo to get it up to my ideal fire rate of 30 BBs per second, and it seems to be holding up well!
Pros:
-PERFECT gun for me since I like m4 variants and machine pistols
-Acceptable FPS
-Decent weight, not too heavy or light
-Whoever thought up the concept of using the ready-mag for battery storage is an absolute genius, looks great and holds just about any battery
-AMAZING range and accuracy, not just for its size, for any AEG!
Cons:
-Didn't receive the blow-back version. Now, that's something I don't care about, but you might want to consider!
-Dumb ugly plastic tip is stuck on with a metal pin that has been glued in with the might of an angry god
-Unless you're using a high-output lipo like I am the ROF is on par with lawn sprinkler
Not really a "con," I think, but it doesn't look like you could put a stock on it.
