Excellent rifle. Feels fantastic and has some smooth looks. Plenty of battery storage.
Pros:
Cons:
I picked this up after watching some expo and release videos and I found the innovations G&G did to this platform to be quite intriguing. This thing has not disappointed. It is now my go-to primary. I only did a few, common modifications out the box (mods anyone should do to most if not all replicas). I personally cannot leave anything completely alone. Long term, we will have to see how this holds up as it is still a fairly new design.
Pros:
-Internals and externals are amazing and solid
-The split gearbox design makes any changes or diagnostics of the upper very simple and easy to do
-The included remote makes programming of the mosfet so easy (DON'T LOSE IT)
-Redesigned "cut-off" feature is quite welcome over the G2 design and it can be turned off via the remote
-Will accept STANAG mags and the cut off feature will still work.
Cons:
Not much, honestly.
-The buffer tube/stock does not provide a whole lot of space for longer stick batteries. (I solved this with a PTS EPS stock)
-Not really a con, just a gripe, but I wish the trigger pull itself was adjustable. Though, the sensitivity is programmable.
