G-Code Non-RTI Tactical Drop Leg Panel (OD Green)
[08805 / GCA-0003020075]Description:
As a company, G-Code has been well-known in the real-steel firearm industry for years, developing high quality holsters and accessories. They have chosen to use kydex when making their products for its superior strength and durability over standard polymer. They have also addressed the main issue of soft holsters dropping and losing players' magazines by developing hard holsters that never hit the magazine release on the player's pistol. Because their products are made for real steel applications, they are sure to hold up to any abuse that they could experience in an airsoft game. Between their superior build materials, and their experience and knowledge, G-Code is developing a line of holsters and holster platforms that are sure to make an extremely beneficial addition to any player's tactical gear lineup. G-Code is also 100% made in America, from raw materials to final product.
The G-Code Tactical Drop Leg Panel is designed to work with the G-Code XST Holster to create a drop leg platform. It is compatible with different models of the XST Holster for different gun models. This model is ambidextrous so it can be used on either the left or right hip.

G-Code's Drop Leg Panel lives up to the G-Code name in terms of construction and quality. I ordered this along with the Non-RTI holster as in terms of price is a bit lower and wasn't looking to change the position of where I was going to hold my secondary. The band that wraps around your leg is quite large once you adjust it and I have thunder thighs at that so for you bigger guys there's no worry. My only reccomendation is to make sure you have a good-size thick belt to wrap the upper-portion of the belt system because I've found with thinner belts there isn't enough support to hold it up so it warps down when you run. Beyond that, this is a GREAT BUY.. don't hesitate if you're thinking about it just get it, you'll be glad you did.
Pros:
-Adjustable leg band to fit even bigger guys.
-Solid Construction and holds well to your body
-Non-RTI version is a bit less in terms of price
Cons:
-Don't mount to a regular belt, you'll really want to pair this with a thick duty belt or some type of battle belt.
-Pricier compared to fabric/cordura drop leg panels that come with a holster
-NON-RTI versions don't give you that modularity to move the holster to different equipments compared to the famous RTI counterpart.
