I looked into this and according to their own website, The S-Lite is a Variable mode light with Fast Strobe, Slow Strobe, Constant On, and Off. You simply have to depress the center button on the unit to cycle through the different modes. The lights supposedly have a one-hundred hour battery life and are resistant to a great deal of stress. I haven’t yet found anything about replacing the battery, but I imagine for about $8 for the whole unit, when it finally dies most people will probably just replace it.
