The Echo 1 RDP is a very compact rifle. Designed for the utmost close quarter engagements. This adapter simply replaces and mounts on to the existing front portion of the airsoft gun. With this, you can attach a flash hider of your liking of barrel extension to cover up a longer inner barrel for extended range. Constructed out of aluminum to prevent excess weight increase and hard anodized to protect against light scratches.

Product Information:
Nice , cheap addition to the Specter RDP. No instructions though so thought I would add my two cents. In looking at the gun before I received this part, I thought that you would take the 4 allen head screws that are holding the front sight assembly out to replace it. NO. You have to remove the Pic rail on the side with a #3 allen head wrench 1st, once it is off, there is a pin under it that you drive out. I used a 1/32 pin punch and drove it out from the side with the rail. The Echo 1 part had a casting flaw or something in the hole that would not let me drive the pin in. I used a spare allen wrench that fit into the hole to scrape out the blockage. The orange tip slides right out, also you have to remove a black plastic sleeve that is over the barrel to get this to fit. The new part slides in, then drive the pin back in from the rail side and reinstall your rail. Looks great with a suppressor now, really ups the style of the gun.

will this actually increase range on the gun?
