The STAG-15 Tactical is a replica of the famous assult rifle that is in use with the U.S. Military today. It comes with a full stock that can hold a large battery pack that makes this gun great for extended play. The working charging handle give this gun a realistic action that even higher priced guns like CA do not have. ECHO 1 AEGs are fully upgradeable and compatible with most aftermarket external and internal parts. This airsoft gun includes a metal hi-capacity magazine and is also compatible with other major brands of standard and high capacity after market magazines. This gun is a must for anyone who likes the ability of the M16 to take a large battery pack but does not like the 20in barrel.

Very powerful right out of the box, however could, just like any other aeg, use some internal reinforcing. The plastic body however does not like to play well with other upper receivers, be them metal or plastic. Additionally attaching a R.I,S, to the upper just doesnt seem to work, It wont secure the outer barrel. Finally, To whom it may concern front sight is not removable, at least not easily. Hence forth rating of 3 for cutting corners on the plastic body, or at least the quality of the plastic I should say...

The Echo 1 Stag-15 rifle is very nicely built. It is quite sturdy and it features a very comfortable weight due to the metal internals. Very accurate and powerful. Battery also lasts quite a while. It is upgrade friendly but I wish it were easier to remove front iron sight since it gets on the way of optics, forcing one to either purchase an extension to make the optic taller or remove the front iron sight. I am pretty content with this rifle.

Cons:
Front iron sight gets on the way of optics and it is difficult to remove.
Battery compartment in stock is tricky to get battery inside.
