The Echo 1 Red Star Covert comes with an automatic blow back bolt that recoils with every shot. The AK features solid construction with a steel receiver, receiver cover, and barrel assembly. Other reinforced metal parts include the selector lever, bolt handle, trigger guard, and magazine catch. The AK also features a unique steel side folding wire stock design and a rail mount on the gas tube plus rail mounts on the lower handguard. It also includes a AKM style muzzle brake, adjustable rear sight, and sling attachment points. The Red Star Covert is an excellent airsoft replica of the famous Romanian designed AK and is sure to be popular among collectors; upgrading a Tokyo Marui with similar features could easily cost twice as much as the Red Star.

Got this from a mystery box and all i can say is, I LOVE THIS RIFLE!!! My new go to rifle. I had an m4 for years as aprimary and once i got this i attached it to my bungee 1 point sling on my vest and ran with about 6 Polymer waffle style midcaps and i was turning heads. That all black stealthy contractor look had people in AWW! Shoots amazingly, i use .28g bbs and i didnt even have to adjust the hopup it was ready to go. The folding stock was the perfect look for it also. Ive never been a fan of full stocks on any guns and crane stocks on AK's look stupid. Solid and reliable since day one and the blow back is amazing! Also the threaded barrel allowed for my silencer to look even better.

This gun is amazing.It fires pretty well stock, has a nice heft to it, and (this is what makes it unique) it has feedback. The stock gives it a more unique look than your average AK, as does he pointed flash hider.
Pros:
Full metal (aside from rail system and pistol grip), feedback, good heft, looks awesome.
Cons:
Stock mag is cheap crap, as is the stock battery and charger. Those, however, are literally the only things wrong with this gun. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING BUYING THIS GUN THEN STOP THINKING AND DO IT, U WONT REGRET IT I PROMISE

Max range and accuracy
Hello I posted up this same question on another rifle because I'm trying to compare before I pick one. What is the max effective range for this AEG? And is it accurate up to that range or are we just talking about a spray gun that can fire to the range?
