Echo 1 Full Metal MK16 Airsoft Rifle (ASC)
[P02D01][03885 / ECHO AEG ASC L BLK (JP-29)]New to airsoft? Here are some safety tips for airsoft guns that we recommend following.
The ECHO1 MK16 (ASC) is the latest in Echo 1's long line of affordable AEGs. The Echo 1 ASC has many of the same features of other brands at a fraction of the price with a few of its own. It includes flip up front and rear sights, polymer lower receiver, one piece metal upper receiver, side folding retractable stock, convertible outer barrel, sling attachment points, and an ambidextrous magazine release. However, it does have few surprises of its own. The adjustable cheek rest opens to expose the battery compartment, eliminating the need to disassemble the stock to install the battery. In addition to all these features the MK16 (ASC) includes a battery, charger, barrel extension, standard magazine, and a high capacity magazine. This is a package that is hard to beat.

This is a great gun ive had it for about a month now and its been keeping me occupied. When i got it it came with a missing screw and 4 loose screws but that might have been just my order. Still GREAT gun just perfect. The price is also a bit high but i totaly think you should buy this!!
Pros:
Good gun
Comes with two mags (high cap and mid cap)
Comes with a barrel extension and black flash hider
Mine came with a free Maureen Chen poster ;)
Awsome totaly awsome must buy!!!
Ow and the foregrip is good
Full metal
Very compact and durable
Accurate with .20 gram bbs
Foldable stock
Cons:
Heavy
The fore grip was kinda hard to get on but i got it
Missing screws
Paint comes off easy on the rails (only if you add atachments)
Butt pad comes off
Some of the screw heads dont work even with the proper hex key
The magazines might have a loose fit
This gun is great. I took it to a skirmish while it was snowing, and I just occasionally wiped it off and it was good. High quality metal for the upper and sturdy abs for the lower receiver. I had a reflex sight on it, but i took it off because outside, the iron sights work fine, even though the rear sight is a tiny peep hole. Hardly any wobble on the gun, and the ambi controls work great. My only complaints are this gun is TOO powerful for cqb right out of the box. It chronoed at 425 with .2s. I use .25's but still. It practically begs for cqb use, with the foregrip and folding stock. It's a great field gun though, and very reliable.
Pros:
Sturdy, solid metal and abs construction
Reliable, lasted for a whole afternoon.
Ambidextrous controls
Accurate, hit 2 guys from 50 and, idk, maybe 100 feet using .25's and iron sights.
Lots of rails for sights, lights, launchers, grips, etc.
Folding stock is cool
Mid cap Mag feed great (can't comment on the hi cap cuz i traded with a friend)
Folding sights are nice if you get an optic.
Cons:
Wires stick out when stock is folded (use caution, the wires might pinch)
Rear sight kinda sucks
Too powerful for cqb without modification( i.e putting in a different spring, etc.)
Hi cap the gun comes with looks goofy because it sticks out so far from the mag well, but i traded mags with a friend so no big deal for me.
Flash hider is glued (and i think also screwed) on. Have to might the glue and find a tiny allen key to put on the barrel extension it comes with.

How do you attach the barrel extension?
I was wondering how you attached the barrel extension. Because in the product pictures it looks like a one piece barrel but, in the accessory picture it looked sort of like a suppressor style barrel extension.
