The ECHO 1 Advanced Sniper Rifle (ASR) is possibly the best value for your money as far as bolt action springer goes. Echo 1 have designed this gun to be field ready right out of the box. This gun comes with 2 magazines that hold 22 rounds each, a quick detach bipod, and a muzzle velocity of 450 feet per second. However they haven't stopped there; the Echo 1 ASR is also compatible with MK96 upgrade parts (the inner barrel of the ASR is 455mm, the MK96 tightbore barrel will work in this gun but it will protrude past the end of the barrel), for those that desire even more firepower or more accuracy. The gun features an M4 LE stock and pistol grip so it's extremely comfortable and familiar to M4 users. On top of the bolt assembly is a rail for mounting optics. In order to save weight most of the gun is made from a durable polycarbonate but the barrel and bolt assembly are sturdily constructed of metal. This is a complete sniper package ready go right out of the box, and for an amazingly affordable price!

A great beginner sniper rifle. The ASR was a great purchase. It came well packaged and fully intact. If you are used to the m4 platform this gun will feel familiar to you. the stock wobble issue is extremely easy to fix, just Tighten down the buffer tube screw.
The ASR is fairly accurate with .28-.30g bbs. I was hitting a 5" diameter metal plate at 250 feet after A LOT of fine tuning my hop up and scope.
Be sure the buy a set of scope leepers.

2 mags broke fairly quick
Heavy (may be pro)
No rail system for laser or flash light.

I got the echo 1 one year ago as a first sniper gun. I saw reviews about it and it seemed like a good deal so I got it. Right out of the package there were problems. At first the safety was jammed and didn't work. I tried to fix by taking it apart but it was pointless. After that, every time I aimed the barrel down, the bb would fall out and that was annoying. Other than than those issues, the gun was alright. It had good accuracy, durable, and a nice scope mount. I especially liked the metal bolt and gearbox but overall, I would have never have bought this. Too many problems

Wondering cause the gun doesn’t come with a scope, and there is no specification for which scope to buy.

What is the best weight of ammo for this gun?
I bought 0.25 g ammo and it is too light. What ammo would be best for straight shooting without the drag lift towards the end? 0.28, 0.30, 0.32, etc? I don't want to have to keep buying different types until i find the right one.
