E&L AR SOPMOD II Platinum Ver. M4 AEG Airsoft Rifle (Black)
[38182 / EL-A141]New to airsoft? Here are some safety tips for airsoft guns that we recommend following.
E&L is one of the younger companies in the airsoft industry but is quickly becoming known for manufacturing some of the highest quality airsoft guns on the market. E&L creates their M4 AEGs in the same process used to create the airsoft gun's firearm counterparts; however, E&L uses a process which changes the milled M4 receivers from a firearm component into a shell capable of accepting a Version 2 Gearbox. E&L is focused on making their line of airsoft guns as aesthetically realistic as possible. E&L Airsoft has teamed up with other companies in the airsoft industry to produce high performance and high quality internals for their AEGs. All E&L M4s use standard Version 2 gearboxes which can accept any Marui-compatible components.

Great gun has a really good weight to it and shoots out to 200ft my fps was around 390ish I dont remeber the exact reading. Takes my PTS epm mags really well.
Pros:
Cons:
Awesome gun, shoots great, has a huge amount of rail space and has a great weight to it.
Pros:
Cons:
This gun is solid and worth the price. Took it out for a game and didn't fail on me once the entire day. The construction is solid and won't wobble, the weight is heavy and realistic to a real m4. Once the hop up us adjusted correctly you will be hitting people from over 75 ft with ease. Only issue was the foregrip I bought wasn't fitting correctly, bought a new foregrip and it fit like a glove. So just be wary of that.
Pros:
Solid
Good fps
Plenty rail space
Cons:
Not all grips fit tight

What spring is used in the gun stock and what spring would you recommend for about 350fps?

Staff Answer:
With the estimated 400-420 FPS, it most likely has a SP110 or SP120 spring. A SP100/M100 Spring is usually recommended to achieve 350 FPS, however depending on your barrel length and how well your compression is sealed. It may go over the desired velocity. 1552 days ago 0

What type of metal mid cap mags work best ? What about battery?
I'm looking at getting a few more mags for this gun when I purchase it for my bday in a few weeks, what METAL(or at least high quality) MID-CAP mags work best for this particular gun? I also would like to know what are the best batteries work best for this particular gun as well, since we have to purchase it separately unfortunately, I do not know what would be best for this particular gun. I don't necessarily think im going to go the 11.1 lipo right away, but would a 9.6 be a good route to go? Please get back to me asap so I can get it all figured out right away and purchased by the time my bday rolls around

Staff Answer:
We had good luck with EPM's, KWA K120's, and the Elite Force Midcaps. While none of these are metal, they are high quality and functioned with the guns we tested. 2132 days ago 0

Is there any play on any of the parts? Like the upper and lower receiver? Or barrel..etc?
Are they made with the same quality as their AKs? Is there any play in any of the parts like most guns have or are E&L M4s made incredibly well like their AKs?
