The Down Range Custom is another custom from the Airsoft GI Tech department featuring the well known and reliable platform. The VFC MK17 has been referred to as the best replica of the MK17 currently on the market. Although VFC has been well known to have high performance internals out of the box, the Airsoft GI techs have upgraded it even further for more durability. The piston has been replaced with an Airsoft GI POM Piston. The Original self shimming system has been removed for Siegetek Torque Gears, which are the top of the line for reliability in the industry. An Action Army 45000 RPM motor installed for quicker response. Finally, a Madbull 6.01mm barrel has been installed with Maple 70 degree bucking and RTX Concave nub for improved consistency and trajectory.
