This is my first rig, love it! Kind of a pain to adjust just right but it's easy once you understand how. Well made, and comfortable to wear. And camo matches the picture. Worth it for beginners never owning a plate carrier!
Pros:
Comes with 5 magazine holders and two pistol clip holders. A zipper bag to hold anything you need on the fields. Camo matches. Comfortable to wear.
Cons:
Not really a con more the personal preference, but it slides on over top of you. Would like to see this with open sides that clip shut. Not a big deal, would buy this again!
My first Plate Carrier! And I am sill utilizing this piece of equipment today. The vest is awkward when it comes to tightening (gotta take it apart on the back and the sides by puling the velcro, and using some cord to loop it through a selected hole.) The vest is very good when it comes to fitting onto any torso, me being a scrawny 15 year old, all it needed was a tightening and I was good to go. But It does have trouble with winter coats, so use most during Fall, Spring, and Summer. To put the vest onto your body you put it on like a shirt. The downside of this is that my ears experiences minor ouch-ouch when putting on, and taking off. What I did to speed up the process of both equipping and taking off the vest is to remove the velcro patches on one of the sides and slipping out of it. (Note: If you are wearing any kind of head and/or face wear, take it off. Or it'll make you look stupid.)
Pros:
-Fair price.
-Comfy material while strong
-Pouches aplenty
-G R E E N
Cons:
-Smells like a Warehouse (I don't really care but somebody will.)
-Didn't come with a picture of Ben Shapiro
I would say this plate carrier is a direct upgrade from my Lancer Tactical vest, hands down. You can put actual ballistic panels in this thing, front and back(although I don't know how well hard armor works in this thing). I found that the admin pouch is really convenient for holding a couple of gauze pads and bandages for when something happens on an outdoor field, and the utility pouch gives me a rough estimate of how large a Condor EMT pouch is. All in all, this is a solid product.
Pros:
5 rifle mag pouches, plenty of primary ammo
2 pistol mag pouches, three mags is all you need
Sturdy build, I'd go as far to say slightly puncture resistant
MOLLE everywhere, enough said
Cons:
The way to adjust it is a bit of a pain, but once it's set it's set.
Putting on and taking off is a bit cumbersome, especially if your arms and shoulders are sore, but it gets better with practice.
The straps for adjustment put pressure on the small of my back, but that could just be me.
No information booklet about how to adjust the carrier or its features, but that's just a personal preference.

(I have this same question)
Staff Answer:
You would need to purchase mag pouches that fit AK mags instead of M$ mags. The ones on there are too skinny. 2273 days ago 0
