Plate Carriers have become the standard for military personnel when it comes to ballistic protection and load bearing. The Spec Op Plate Carrier accepts standard 10x12 plates in the front and rear compartments. The advantage of a MOLLE plate carrier is it allows its user to configure the vest to his needs and the needs of the mission with a wide range of different pouches. The low-profile design of this plate carrier gives the user the room to carry all his equipment without the bulk of traditional plate carriers that limit mobility. On the top of the front and rear of the carrier is a panel of hook and loop fasteners for an ID placard or patches. Also, on the rear of the carrier is an emergency drag handle for pulling the user to safety. The Spec Op Carrier is adjustable from medium to extra large.

This OE TECH Black Plate Carrier is an excellent addition to any MILSIMMERS Gear Box. It is built for strength and can take as many blows as you can through at it. It is built for military, other than the plate not being included. However that could be purchased, it looks like a real U.S. Military Flak Jacket. TONS & TONS OF MOLLE...
Pros:
Exactly the same as the Tan except it is Black

A wee bit more flexible would have helped but it is the best thing you can buy for the price.

Really great vest, and let's you put what you need on it
Pros:
Fits most sized people, with adjustment
Very good, even though I only put my one mag pouch, admin pouch, and nade pouch on it
Cons:
I'm super skinny, so I have to use zipties to get it to fit on me when wearing it.
Molle is very tight, so first time it may be hard to attach stuff to it.
I suggest using Tri-Shot shells to loosen the webbing up.

Does this vest come with the attachments in the picture
In the picture there are mag pouches and a backpack and i just wanna make sure that they are on it or not before i buy

Can you select a size for this product?
i have a plate carrier similar to this that is far too big and i dont want to pay $40 just to find out it doesnt fit properly
