This wrap is easy to put on and take off. In the summer, it is breathable. I also wear this in the winter when I ski up to 30 degrees or higher. Any lower temp would feel to cold still. When you breath a lot, the mouth area make get a lil wet but it tends to dry fast when its warm outside. I would wear this with a mesh guard piece to protect your teeth.
