My first magazine pouch and I have to say that it performs its purpose well. You definitely can fit two M4 mags into each pouch for a total of 6, but be aware that it will be very tight at first. I recommend leaving a the pouches fully loaded at for a couple of days or at least overnight before you play to stretch it out a bit. Even after loosening up though, with two mags in each pouch loading up and removing the mags will still be a bit difficult. Not normally an issue, but may cause you problems when in a pinch. Also the velcro over the mags is unnecessary when there are two mags in each pouch, but keep the mags secure if you decide to only carry one mag in each. I would say go for an open top pouch if you want easier reloads, but keep in mind most open top pouches only will fit one mag per pouch, not two. If you want to carry the maximum number of mags with the least amount of pouches, this is the one for you.
Pros:
Can hold 6 magazines
Cheap (for a 6 mag capacity pouch)
Solid build quality (like all Condor/OE tech gear)
Velcro (could be a pro or a con)
Cons:
Quite tight with all 6 mags inserted
No MOLLE on front of pouch (can't stack pouches)
Velcro (could be a pro or con)
