Perfect chest rig when running a battle belt because it sits high and does not wrap around your torso. Helps you stay cool and light. I run a double stacked triple m4 mag pouch on it, and it has room for a single pistol mag pouch on either side.

I got this to go with a battle belt because I was tired of a massive plate carrier. This thing rocks. It's extremely adjustable to fit any size of person. IT HAS 8 COLUMNS OF MOLLE across it so you can fit 4 M4 magazine pouches across it. It sits high up or your chest so that makes it great with a battle belt. Highly recommended for those looking for a high speed - low drag set up.
